Overview (choo-rah-scah-ree-ah) is the name used to describe a restaurant that serves meat, mostly grilled, and Rodizio (All you Can Eat) is a method of Serving different cuts of meat that originated in the south of Brazil in the early 1800' The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of beef, lamb, chicken, etc., in succession, to each diner individually right at their table, thus there is not a traditional menu. Formerly Fogo E Brasa, Many, many years ago... in the Southern pampas of Brazil the "gauchos" roamed the land. For many years they cultivated their land and tended livestock. Each night brought massive bonfires for warmth and cooking their evening meal, and from these fires rose the traditions of the Churrasco or barbeque. The gauchos mastered the art of slowly cooking savory cuts of beef, chicken, and lamb on large skewers turned over the open flame. The accomplishment The accomplishment of this project will allow the entry of a new type of restaurant in the gastronomic market of Dubai, creating a great business opportunity in this city passionate for great food. Dubai is known as a country passionate for good food and really opened to try different cuisines, also international cuisines. Walking in the streets of Dubai you can see restaurants from many different countries offering many different types of food, but you can't see a Brazilian restaurant, or, to be more specific, a Brazilian churrascaria. The solution The business proposal is to bring to Dubai not just a different type of food, but also a complete Brazilian culture experience, creating a warm and receptive atmosphere. The customers will be able to enjoy good music, beverages and, of course, the meat Rodízio, tasting a wide menu of meats.

In competing against the casual theme restaurants, we will have the following advantages: Lower price point for a complete meal. If our consumer is a steaks lover, his Brasa Brasil meal is almost half what he would pay at a theme restaurant. There will be no tipping at Brasa Brasil, since we are self-service. This will reduce the actual customer cost of our dining experience by 10-15%. Speed of service will be instant: no waiting for a steaks, salad, beverage, or dessert. Everything will be readily available: hot, juicy, fresh, and cooked as requested. Our portions will be "just right."
