Terms and Conditions Final balances and guest numbers for festive menu, private dining or Christmas day lunch bookings are due by 14 th November. Once full payment is made, no refunds or credit vouchers will be given for cancellations. No refund will be considered on bookings cancelled less than 14 days before the event. If guest numbers were to increase, advise the hotel team as soon as possible and increases will only be granted if available. In the event of a function having to be cancelled by the Hotel, an alternative date or venue will be offered, or a full refund given.
