How to order Simply fill in the order form on the last page and return to one of our stores to place your order! Alternatively we have order forms available in store for you as well! As we have so many orders during the Christmas period, full payment must be made at time of order. Please retain a copy of your order sheet and receipt of payment that will be provided to you when payment is made. Items from this Christmas menu are available from Saturday the 1 ST of December. Some items may only be available on specific pick-up dates, please see our order sheet. THE CUT OFF DATE FOR ALL ORDERS IS FRIDAY THE 7 TH OF DECEMBER. A great selection of Marché Christmas treats will also be available in store daily, unless sold out. All orders must be picked up by 9am on Monday the 24 th of December. PRE ORDER YOURS TODAY SO YOU DON T MISS OUT! CHRISTMAS CRACKER Pop! Crack! A favourite with adults and children alike, this popping candy filled chocolate macaron brings all the fun and crackle of Christmas crackers to your Christmas table! A little bit of Christmas Marché magic and lots of fun! CHRISTMAS PUDDING This macaron will make you feel like you are sitting around the Christmas table eating a fruit-studded, brandy soaked flambéed pudding. Studded with rich fruit and spice, it s one of our favourites! Topped with white chocolate and a festive golden star, these macarons will bring Christmas cheer (and big smiles!) to any Christmas table! CANDY CANE These candy cane macarons are filled with snow-white ganache speckled with pink peppermint festivity! These red and white swirled macarons have become a favourite at Marché, especially with our younger customers! GINGER BREAD You know it is Christmas when you smell fresh gingerbread baking in the oven! The heady spice and treacly sweetness of gingerbread is perfectly replicated in this beautifully flavoured macaron. RUDOLPH S MAGIC Although Rudolph does like carrots, he loves macarons... and he was kind enough to share his favourite with us! To make Rudolph s favourite macaron, raspberry ganache is made using cardamom infused cream to create a macaron that is both sweet and beautifully fragranced. RUM BALL A Christmas classic, we couldn t help but turn one of our favourite Christmas treats into a macaron! Chocolate ganache is made using real Queensland rum and shredded coconut to create an authentic, indulgent and unmissable Christmas treat! Dipped in chocolate and sprinkled in extra coconut these look just like the real thing! Throughout the month of December, our standard range available for pre order will be limited to the following flavours: Vanilla Bean, Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate, Chocolate Ice Cream, Salted Caramel, Raspberry, Raspberry Ice Cream, Espresso and Chocolate Orange.
Puddings, cakes & tarts CHRISTMAS FRUIT CAKE A Christmas staple in every home, this Christmas cake is full of love from our family to yours. Heavy with our specially selected mix of glacéed fruit and nuts, we soak our Christmas cakes with generous amounts of rum and sherry. The result is the most moist and delicious cake that even Mrs. Clause couldn t beat. Different sizes and decoration options available, please see the order sheet. FLOWER POT CAKES A variation on the traditional Christmas cake, we bake our fruit and nut filled cake in terracotta pots to create a perfectly moist cake that makes a wonderful gift! No need to wrap this gift, it comes wrapped beautifully for you! PLUM PUDDING Make sure you leave room for dessert because this plum pudding is the only way to end your Christmas meal. It is just like the pudding your Great Grandmother used to make... but without the fuss! Wrapped in white cheesecloth, these puddings are a beautiful gift as well! PANFORTE By far one of our favourite and most popular Christmas treats. This super dense and sticky cake of honeyed fruit and nuts is full of Christmas spice and freshly cracked black pepper. FRUIT MINCE TARTS Christmas wouldn t be Christmas without fruit mince tarts! A family favourite of ours, this is Trish s Grandmother s recipe and we haven t changed it one bit; crisp buttery pastry filled with brandy soaked fruit! INDIVIDUAL RUM BALL TART Inspired by a Christmas favourite, our rum ball tart is based on our baked chocolate tart infused with dark rum. Glazed with a boozy chocolate ganache and finsished with coconut, this tart will definitely help you feel festive! WHOLE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE You can not have enough chocolate at Christmas time! Our chocolate cheesecake is made using the dark, callebaut cocoa and rich dark chocoolate combined with indulgent cream cheese. Set on a base of ginger spiced cookie, this cheesecake is rich and creamy with just the right amount of Christmas spice. 9inch. Serves 12-16.
