Final balance due one month prior to the function. Any reduction in your party size will result in the loss of the non-refundable 10 per person deposit. This may not be offset against final payments or beverage pre-orders All accommodation must be pre paid in advance and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Room locations and seating will be determined by the venue. On occasion it may be necessary to split larger groups or join together smaller groups. Children s pricing for Christmas day lunch under 12 s eat free and 29.50 aged 12 to 16 years, Kids NYE buffet menu 19.75 per child, under 5 years old go free. A menu pre-order selection form will be sent with the booking confirmation. Menu pre-orders are required by the hotel with the final payment, one month prior to the event. All events require a minimum number of guests to operate.
