DoubleTree Weddings Function Times Afternoon receptions are scheduled from 11am-3pm Lunch pricing is in effect until 2pm Evening receptions are scheduled from 6pm-12am Minimum Attendance Guarantee To ensure availability of all food and beverage items on your menu, we require your attendance guarantee three business days prior to your wedding reception. This guarantee may not be less than 80% of your original number and cannot be reduced. Deposits and Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the reception space on a definite basis and is due within two weeks of your tentative hold. Final payment is due three business days prior to your event. Sleeping Room Blocks Special sleeping room rates may be available for your guests by request and based on availability.
