Château Cissac Appellation AOC Haut Médoc - Red CRU BOURGEOIS The jewel in the crown of the Domaines Vialard, produced, aged and distributed in the traditional manner. Classic wines which combine the strength of the Médoc and the aromatic elegance of the greatest of the Bordeaux wines. All the strength of the Médoc Château Cissac is located right in the heart of the Médoc region. Its exceptional terroir adjoins that of the prestigious Saint-Estèphe and Pauillac appellations, extending over an area of around a hundred hectares. The soil is mainly sandy gravel on top of clay and limestone, and the vineyards occupy a single tract of land which is sheltered by the village of Cissac and the forests which surround it. In keeping with Médoc tradition, the vineyards are mainly planted with their traditional variety, Cabernet Sauvignon. This variety is ideally suited to the type of terroir in Cissac, where its strength and aromas can realise their full potential. Blended with elegant Merlots and spicy Petit Verdots, Cabernet Sauvignon produces wines that are particularly complex and expressive. Large bottle format available, kindly enquire for more information. 1998 16,00 1999 16,00 2000 20,00 2001 14,00 2011 9,00 9,20 8,00 8,25 / Magnum (1.5L) 2007 18,00 2011 19,00 17,00 17,50 / Half-Bottle (375ml) 4,60 4,75 Château du Breuil Appellation AOC Haut Médoc - Red CRU BOURGEOIS 2011 6,10 6,10 / Magnum (1.5L) Area under vines: 20 Ha. Average annual production : 60 000 bottles. Grape varieties : 54% Merlot, 43% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 3% petit verdot. The baronial Estate of du Breuil dates from the 6th century and so is one of the oldest properties in the Médoc. The ruins of the old fortress, which served in the 100 year war as a barracks for British troops, are still impressive today. Matured in cask with 50% new barrels each year, this wine is a very approachable claret, being soft and fruity. It ages well for some 8 to 10 years or so (in some cases much longer). Well worthy of its distinguished neighbours chateau Lafite Rothschild and château Cos d'estournel. Page 2 / 38 1995 18,00 2006 15,50 2007 13,00 13,00

Château du Breuil - new label 5,90 Appellation AOC Haut Médoc - Red 6,00 CRU BOURGEOIS / Magnum (1.5L) Released from the vintage Area under vines: 20 Ha. Average annual production : 50 000 bottles. Grape varieties : 54% Merlot, 43% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 3% petit verdot The predominance of clay and limestone soil in the Breuil terroir has led us to work the soil in a manner consistent with these features, namely laying inter-row grass cover, which simultaneously allows us to tend the growing vine, thinning leaves in order to better manage and optimise maturation and the expression of the terroir, whilst monitoring yields and quality. The wine is aged over a period of 12 months in barrels (made from French and American oak with 10% new wood) of 1wine, without racking to avoid any oxidation and preserve the fruit. The complementarity between Merlot and Cabernet in almost equal proportion is at its finest in this terroir. 12,60 12,80 / Half-Bottle (375ml) 3,40 Reflets du Château Cissac 5,20 Appellation AOC Haut Médoc - red 5,40 Nature decrees that the quantity of wine produced by each grape variety varies from year to year and the wines not used for the "grand vin", Chateau Cissac, are blended and matured with the same care to become the Reflets de Château Cissac. This second wine is a true reflection of the very characteristic claret, Château Cissac. Page 3 / 38

The Saint Dominique Estate is a vineyard stretching across 14 hectares, located in a choice position. It is also bounded by the flagships of local viticulture: the Mas Daumas-Gassac, the Domaine de la Grange des Pères and the Château Capion. Soil : Miocene (tertiary) with chalk and sandstone rock pebbles to a depth of 10 meters. Grapes are picked by hand when fully ripe. Its direct neighbours are the prestigious properties such as Mas Daumas-Gassac, La Grange des Pères and Château Capion which are a little bit higher on the hillside, also facing the South-South West. From 2000 to 2005, the Domaine has been developed around its second growth. La Chapelle de Saint Dominique bears witness to the exceptional value of Aniane's famous area. S de Suduiraut Appellation AOC Bordeaux - Dry - White DRY WINE OF CH. SUDUIRAUT, 1ST CLASSIFIED GROWTH OF SAUTERNES Aged in oak barrels The richness and diversity of the terroir of Suduiraut gave the Château the idea of working on the crafting of a premium dry white wine. The S de Suduiraut amply expresses a different facet of the wealth of the terroir and the expertise of the team. To ensure its excellence, it is in fact harvested in the same way as the sweet white wine in succesive tries through the vines, bunch by bunch, at the peak of their quality and always taking account of the individual characteristics of each plot. Blend of Sauvignon and Sémillon, aged in barrels. This wine boats a bouquet of floral hints, the generous attack on the palate leads into an interesting sensation of volume, the flavours are a reflection of the bouquet, lingering on into a nice tangy finish. "Z" de Luc Thienpont Appellation AOC Bordeaux - Red 2011 3,90 The Thienpont family name has been associated with greatness in Bordeaux for many years, more notably in the Right Bank Appellations of St Emilion and Pomerol. It may have raised some eyebrows, when in 1979 Luc took over Chateau Labergoce Zede in Margaux on Bordeaux Left Bank, but any doubts that he wouldn't follow in his Brother Jacque's (Le Pin) and his cousin Alexandre's (Vieux Chateau Certan) footsteps where abated as Labergorce Zede became one of Bordeaux true rising stars. Located on the edge of the Gironde in the Village of Margaux, the soils of this vineyard are made up of drained alluvium. Being so close the river estuary, Merlot is the grape of choice and makes up the lion share of the wine. It is very unusual to find a wine of this style and price level that has so much care and attention lavished upon it, the grapes are hand- harvested and the wine is made in much the same way as Luc's finer cuvées. Grape varieties: 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 60% Merlot & 10% Petit Verdot "Z" Bordeaux Appellation AOC Bordeaux - Red 3,95 A Bordeaux wine as precious as an AC Margaux wine. Château Belrose Appellation AOC Bordeaux Supérieur - Red 2010 2,95 This estate is very pleasant to visit for its natural frame especially planted with trees which surrounds a House of the XIX century. The property has a beautiful view on the vines and the woods. It is located in the heart of the Entre Deux-Mers, halfway between Saint-Emilion and Sauternes. Grape Varieties: 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc Deep ruby colour, this wine has strong aromas of black berries and spices. It is medium bodied and silky on the palate, perfectly balanced with a quite long fruity after taste. Château Clos Renon Appellation AOC Bordeaux Supérieur - Red 3,10 Silver medal at Concours des Grands Vins de France Macon 2015 Located on the left bank of the Garonne river, the Château Clos Renon shows how pleasant can be a wine produced on alluvial soil and gravels (19 hectares). With 80% of Merlot, it shows roundness and elegance. The Cabernet Sauvignon (15%) gives it a nice bouquet, a good structure and the ageing potential while a Cabernet Franc touch adds even more finesse. The Château Clos Renon is supple, round but well structured. Very well balanced, it shows for the moment red fruits and vanilla aromas thanks to a soft ageing in oak barrels. All these aromas will combine together soon to reveal a complex bouquet of spices and candied notes. L'Enclos de Saint Jacques Appellation AOC Bordeaux Supérieur - Red FROM CHATEAU SIRAN Aged in oak barrels for 12 months There is a strip of land on the Left Bank which falls too close the river Gironde to be classified as either AOC Margaux or AOC Haut Medoc, so it is classified as AOC Bordeaux Superieur. L'Enclos de Saint Jacques lies in one of those areas and forms part of the MIAILHE families Château Siran Estate. This property was for many years under the consultancy of Michel Rolland, following by the famous winemaker Mr Denis Dubourdieu and today Hubert de Boüard Consulting has taken over the production. Grape Varieties : 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 26% Cabernet Franc. Page 14 / 38 3,20

Château de Cazenove, Réserve Pradines Appellation AOC Bordeaux Supérieur - Red 3,20 / Half-Bottle (375ml) A superb Bordeaux Superieur «made in» the heart of Margaux 2,15 This Supeb Bordeaux Superieur of 12 ha is located between Château Siran, Château Dauzac (5th Growth) and the River Gironde. The family de Cazenove decided to replant this old estate that was frozen in 1956. They selected the best parcels of Alluvium soil where they planted Black Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc on rootstocks adapted to the soil. A deep understanding of local traditions, a dedicated work and high quality requirements allowed reaching maturity and an excellent plant level. The Reserve Pradines is a tribute to family members that disappeared at the end of the 20th century. This vintage is characterized by fragrances of ripe raspberries and a gorgeously dense structure, ample and long in mouth. Sales restrictions for USA Petit Millet Appellation AOC Bordeaux Supérieur - Red Produced on the Château Millet alluvial and gravels soil, the history of this vineyard began on the XVIIth century when some monks developed its amazing terroir doing a hard work in the vineyard and shipping their barrels to Bordeaux, on flat bottom boats named "Gabares" trough the Garonne river. Chateau Bottled Domaine de Baron'Arques Appellation AOC Limoux - Red Once again we find ourselves in the enviable position of being one of just a few Bordeaux negociants, able to offer the latest release of a wine from Baron Philippe de Rothschild. The first vintage of Baron'Arques came into being just 7 years ago after Baroness Philippine de Rothschild and her two sons purchased this 17th Century wine property near Limoux in the Hérault valley area of the Languedoc-Roussillon and with it created the first AOC Limoux Rouge. Until 2002 this wine was a generic wine created in conjunction with the co-operative Sieur d'arques. 2003 historically sees the very first vintage made solely by BPR from their own estate.this 100% Château bottled wine is produced using three grape varieties of the Mediterranean, Syrah, Malbec & Grenache and three varieties of the Atlantic, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc. Only 6000 cases are produced annually. Australia and New Zealand were not an option because of the distance. So South Africa became an obvious choice: while on the same latitude as Chile vintage takes place much earlier. Through mutual friends, I came to meet Lowell Jooste whose family, owner of Klein Constantia Estate, initiated the renaissance of the mythical Vin de Constance that Napoleon enjoyed during his exile on St Helena Island. If the site of Constantia, on the eastern slopes of Constantiaberg, is very favorable to the production of fine white wines, it is not quite warm enough for reds. As early as 1998, Lowell replanted Cabernet and Syrah on his Anwilka vineyard at Stellenbosch. Anwilka has a very original terroir with a complex soil made of quartz debris mixed with an iron matrix. The combination of this poor soil and the proximity to False Bay and its maritime winds helps produce wines with a certain power and warmth while keeping the finesse to which I am so attached to. I quite like the idea of a Cabernet-Syrah blend, all the more so that Estournel used to grow successfully Syrah next to Cabernet at Cos in the 19th century. Hubert de Boüard, who took his Château Angélus to the 1st Growth rank in Saint-Emilion, was also very interested by the terroir of Stellenbosch and our partnership with Lowell started very naturally indeed."
