If the highest score is achieved by more than one competition sample a further evaluation criterion, the total sum of points from all tasters in the expert committee, is used. All wines are rated anonymously, served in a covered bottle, with only the sample number displayed. The competition samples are sorted by variety, vintage and residual sugar content. The organizer of the competition is obliged to archive the evaluation score sheets for 5 years. 9.
