Consumers have become familiar with new and exotic foreign flavours and products, as a result of an increasingly international orientation. They have learned to appreciate the many flavours typical of fibres in grains, as well as the presence of various types of seeds. In fact, customers simply now expect to find greater variety in the bakery shop: a wide range of breads in many shapes and types, crispy or soft, white or multigrain, large and small, enriched with ingredients like corn, maize or even cheese. On top of that, these critical consumers demand the same, high level of quality each and every time they buy their bread. An accurate response to these developments requires a great deal of flexibility, first of all in terms of product innovation but also in adjustments to your production lines and recipes. Needless to say that purchase and stock control has accordingly become more complicated. Easy customization Most bakeries have developed their own unique assortment, recipes and production process over the years. Your logistics s system is based on the purchase and storage of bulk ingredients, such as flour/meal, salt and bread improver. However promising or necessary it might be to expand your product range, there will also be significant consequences from changing to new recipes, bread mixes and dough compositions. Panoplus has been developed ed to follow your own recipe and production scheme. Panoplus: maximum variety with minimum effort Whereas new product development can easily lead to more complicated recipes and logistics, with Panoplus there is no need to invest in new recipes, compositions of new doughs or to adjust to different production times. As long as you do not exceed the 10-25% range, you can rely on your current recipe and expertise together with the quality guaranteed by Panoplus. Panoplus allows you to produce an extensive assortment based on one recipe and production scheme. Because Panoplus is not a complete bread mix, but just a preweighed multigrain mix, you can use it combined with your normal stock of bulk ingredients, such as flour/meal, salt and bread improver.
