Overview At, we manufacture our own range of baby cereals and baby milk formulas in Sweden. We also develop exclusive recipes for private labeling and large multinational brands. We have two separate processing lines for cereals and infant formula with spray drying, roller drying, and mixing. We offer a wide range of milk cereals and plain cereals, with fruits, honey, vegetables, and other ingredients. Our plant is organic-certified and we offer an extensive range of organic recipes of infant formula and cereals. Our range includes special recipes for babies allergic to milk. We produce a special range of goat milk infant formula as well as goat milk baby cereals. Our cereal processing machines consist of several lines allowing us to make normal baby cereals and porridge as well as drinking cereals or gruel. Our products can be offered with organic and /or HALAL certification.

Factory The factory was built in 1975 as part of Nestlé s northern Europe operation for producing dry infant formula and baby cereal products. Since its inception, the plant was exclusively producing for Nestlé in northern EU until 2016 having around 40% of the Nordic market share. The plant is located 60 kilometers from Malmö port and 20 kilometers from Helsingborg port and has great access to main motorways, ports, and logistics platforms.

Capacity High production capacity We are able to produce up to 450 tons of finished infant formula and 250 tons of baby cereals per month. Flexible production We have flexible packaging options of small and Big Bags and logistics from order to shipment. Private Label We can produce under your own brand name with three different packaging lines. A Wonderful Range of Formulas We have over 30 different recipes of baby cereals including gluten free, lactose/milk free and goat milk cereals, as well as an extensive array of breast milk replacement baby milk formulas such as standard, GOLD (our advance formula) AR (anti-reflux formula), goat milk formula, and a nutritional supplement for pregnant and nursing women. Flexible Research and Development With our strong and highly experienced in-house R&D division, we are able to adopt a wide range of customer requirements and formulas for all purposes.

Organic as a Priority We produce organic baby food in our factory as the core function of our business since 2003. We have a very strong access to local organic farms and raw material suppliers within our province in Sweden for several key ingredients in our baby cereals. Baby Cereals We produce a variety of milk-based and plain baby cereals. Our cereals can come as plain and natural or with fruits, honey, vegetables and other ingredients. The recipes are provided in different textures and content covering babies nutritional needs. We also make our cereals with special recipes for different stages to meet babies age requirements. We can fortify our cereals with various vitamins and various nutrients to meet any customization needs. Our in-house cereal processing machines consist of several roller dryers with related equipment that allow us to make normal baby cereals, porridges, as well as drinking cereals and gruel that are very common in Nordic countries and called Välling.

Baby formula We produce full ranges of baby milk formulas as replacement or supplement for breast milk. These basic and premium products are pre-adjusted for babies from 0 up to 36 months of age. We can also develop a stage 4 formula for younger kids after 36 months of age. Our R&D team is highly experienced in formula nutrition setup according to applicable baby food legislation. Our baby formula plant is organic certified and we provide an extensive range of organic recipes for infant formulas. We also offer some special recipes based on goat milk as its basic ingredient. And we are well equipped to develop other custom formulas for special usages per customer requirements. Our products can be offered with organic and /or HALAL certification.

R&D Team We have a highly qualified in-house research and development division specialized in the development of baby food products for over 30 years. Certifications ISO 22000 - Our factory is governed by a management system that is certified under FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Standards. Organic Certified - Our plant is organic certified per EU standards and we offer an extensive range of organic recipes for cereals and baby milk formulas. Halal Certification We have the approval to produce all our cereals and baby milk recipes under HALAL certification. The system is also certified by local state Veterinary office according to HACCP and GMP, as part of its commitment to strictly follow the baby food processing legislation and to also save the environment.
