Mace Bearers Annual Conference of the Guild of Mace-Bearers featuring the 2016 Guild Training and Annual General Meeting will be held at, 26 Hendford, Yeovil, Somerset, BA20 1TG - Wednesday 24 th Friday 26 th February 2016. The programme has been carefully planned so that the majority of time will be given over to training. Please show this program to your line manager and discuss with them the benefits of you attending. The better trained and more knowledgeable you are, the better you will serve your Mayor and your Council. Details of fees below, accommodation and parking will be the responsibility of individual members. The agenda for the Meeting is as printed in the Manual of the Mace. Members attending are encouraged to bring their mace-bearing uniform; this is worn for the installation ceremony and the official photograph. There is a separate programme of events for spouses and other guests.
