Simon s Wholesale Bakery Mission Statement Since opening our doors over 25 years ago our team at Simon s Wholesale Bakery has prided itself on its unwavering commitment to providing the highest quality fresh bakery products along with superb customer service. As a family owned and operated bakery, we are dedicated to creating innovative high quality lines of great tasting breakfast items, breads, pastries and specialty desserts using only the finest ingredients. All orders are distributed directly to customers throughout Southern California using our own fleet of delivery vehicles. Simon s Bakery is certified by the WBENC as a woman-owned and operated business. Please have your orders in by 2:00pm Monday thru Friday; Saturday by 1:00pm. We deliver 7 days a week with the exception of New Year s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day Minimum order or delivery charges may apply. Custom orders available, 48 hours notice required. Emergency carrier deliveries are available. Charge determined by distance. All cakes, E-line Buffet, Banquet, and Gourmet cakes are cut 16.
