05 fine print Terms and conditions of booking DEPOSITS In order to confirm your New Year s Eve booking we will require a deposit of 50% of the menu per per son. Once your deposit has been received and processed we will confirm your reservation and send you a copy of the receipt for your records. Any changes to number s of guests must be made by 12 midday on Friday 21st December. No show on the evening will forfeit their deposit paid. As we get fully booked each year we recommend booking for the maximum number s of guests and then altering your number s as needed before the cut off date of Friday 21st December at 12 midday. C ANCELLATIONS Bookings canceled before Friday 21st December at midday will have the full amount refunded back onto the original payment method, if it s a number cancellation rather than a whole booking being cancelled then this amount will be credited to your bill on the night. Bookings cancelled on number changes after midday on Fr i 21st December will forfeit their deposit paid in full. This includes no shows on the night. FIREWORKS City of Melbourne have advised that the 9pm family fireworks this year will not be going ahead, there will be a 12am fireworks show shot from the roof top of Marvel stadium which has prime viewing from the Woolshed restaurant, and outside areas. Woolshed has good viewings from both the water side balcony and the car par k side balcony but will not be held responsible for providing clear views of the fireworks. Guests will be permitted to leave the venue to watch the fireworks from Centr al Pier provided they receive a pass out upon exit.
LIVE ENTERTAINMENT The Woolshed will be providing live entertainment in the downstairs bar during New Year s Eve. The upstairs Harbour View Room will be transformed into a Champagne Bar ; this is free entry from 6pm. Please note that bookings cannot be made for the upstairs bar, admittance will be on a first in first served basis and capacity is limited. (The Harbour View Room is subject to availability, please note this space may be booked for a private event.) RESPONSIBLE SERVICE The Woolshed takes the service of alcohol very seriously with all bar and beverage staff under going strict training for RSA. Any patron who is deemed intoxicated, may not be served and may be asked to vacate the premises, this also applies to patrons who arrive at the venue intoxicated, may not be deemed entry. Woolshed will not be held liable for any issues this may cause, and no refunds will be given for intoxicated patrons. CHILDREN / MINORS Please note that the Woolshed is a family friendly venue, however minor s under the age of 18 year s are not permitted in the upstairs Champagne Bar or the main bar area from 9pm. Minor s are however permitted in the restaurant and dining areas and must be seated at all times. ON THE NIGHT If you re booking for a dinner, please note your booking time, as your table has a gr ace period of 15 min, if running late please call the venue directly on (03) 8623 9644. No guarantees can be given to late arrivals. Please note that large groups must all be present at the booking time in order to be seated. Early dinner must be seated 5pm - 5:15pm and late dinner 8pm - 8:15pm. Please ensure you allow your self sufficient time to reach the venue as the area can get very busy with NYE celebrations. You re welcome to have a pre-drink in the main bar or on the outdoor decking if you arrive at the venue early.
