Payment We accept cash, eftpos, credit card and direct deposit. Direct payments to be paid 1 week prior to delivery date. If customeris picking up from us we charge a $30 security bond which will be returned in full less the value of any breakages, or if epuipment is returned in an unclean state. Items to be erected incurr an additional delivery and pick up fee. Amex incurrs a 3% fee and all other credit cards incurr a 1.5% fee. General Conditions Your help is required to avoid underground pipes, power lines or other obstacles e.g. rocks, sandstone etc. Discount Party Hire will not be liable for any damages to underground utilities. Please do not use crepe paper in marquees as they could stain material and you will be liable. Once you have taken delivery of hired goods the responsibility of these items is yours. If theft or damage occurs it is your obligation to replace items with either a cash settlement or a claim through your insurance company. Discount Party Hire will not take any responsibility for drilling and/or attaching ropes or dyna bolts to existing property structures. Or any damages caused to your property by bad weather. Number of guests seated under marquees are approximate. Discount Party Hire will not be liable if all guests do not fit under marquee (e.g. will you require a dance floor and bridal table to be included in marquee size as well as anticipated guests?). Transport Standard delivery charges will apply between the hours of 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday on our specified day. An additional fee for delivery and pick up will be charged accordingly outside our standard delivery hours.for delivery times please phone 9601 2544 after 8.00am on the day of delivery. This time could vary through the day so please allow for this possibility. Delivery cost can be eliminated if you pick up from our premises. Goods must be returned to our premises the following working day. Cleaning All items leave our premises in a clean condition. Goods must be returned in a clean condition or cleaning fee will be charged to the customer. Cancellation Fee Terms and Conditions * Cancellation is accepted up to one week prior to delivery day with return of deposit. Less than one week s notice results in loss of deposit.
