Park and Stroll Through Old Town Winchester 10 PARKING IN OLD TOWN WINCHESTER Old Town Winchester has approximately 1,000 convenient parking spaces either on streets, in parking lots, or in our four autoparks all accessible 24/7. Parking meters are available Monday-Friday for a fee but FREE on Saturdays, Sundays and designated holidays (see list on right). All four autoparks are fully-automated and offer covered parking at $0.50 per hour with a maximum daily rate of $10 from midnight to midnight. When patronizing an Old Town Winchester shop or restaurant, ask a participating merchant for a Customer Courtesy Parking Coupon valid in all autoparks.
