LOCAL EVENTS WEST PALM BEACH FOOD TOURS Thursdays Saturdays 11am 2pm Put on your walking shoes for a fun, entertaining and delicious way to learn about West Palm Beach. You ll sip, sample and savor 12 generous tastings from 6 of the best local restaurants. With a little sprinkle of history, architecture and culture to round out your perfect afternoon in sunny Florida. The tour is 3 hours with a 1.25 mile walk with plenty of refreshing stops along the way. Tickets are $65 per adult and $45 per child. HISTORICAL WALKING TOURS OF WORTH AVENUE Wednesdays starting on November 25th 11am Historian Rick Rose treats visitors to a 75-minute walking tour of Worth Avenue. The lively tours are designed to explore, through colorful anecdotes and commentary, the origins and character of Worth Avenue, its unique architecture, the historical significance of many of its legendary landmarks and some of its famous residents. Tickets can be purchased the day of at $10 per person. CLEMATIS BY NIGHT EVENING ON THE AVENUE November 6th & 20th 6pm 10pm Relax, dance, dine and shop at the Cultural Plaza in Lake Worth. Surround yourself with live music, food trucks, art vendors and a wine & beer garden, just a few minutes from the resort. Admission is free. DELRAY BEACH WINE & SEAFOOD FEST November 7th & 8th 11am 10pm (Sat.) & 11am 7pm (Sun.) Now in its 4th year, the Delray Beach Wine & Seafood Fest offers visitors the opportunity to stroll the palm tree lined streets of Delray while enjoying a glass of wine or a plate of delectable seafood. This event is complimentary. DELRAY BEACH VETERANS DAY PARADE November 11th 9:30am The City of Delray Beach is proud to pay tribute to the dedicated men and women who have served in the armed forces with a special parade from Veteran s Park to Old School Square Park.
