Unfortunately this event has sold out. When will I receive my tickets? All tickets will be sent out from the ticketing agent through whom you purchased. All tickets will be sent out approximately 2 weeks prior to the concert. Once in receipt of your ticket we ask that you check that the barcode on your ticket is clearly printed (if not, please contact us on 01792 616400). Please keep your tickets safe as there are no reprints or reissues. Getting to and from the stadium Where is the Liberty Stadium? The Liberty Stadium is located to the North/East of the City Centre in the Landore area of Swansea. The Stadium address is: Liberty Stadium, Landore, Swansea, SA1 2FA. By road the Stadium can be accessed from the North (M4, Junction 45) by using the A4067 dual carriageway; and from the South by using the A4217 from Quay Parade and Fabian Way (A483).
Will there be car parking available near the Liberty Stadium? Parking within the Liberty Stadium is restricted to permitted vehicles only. Landore Park and Walk Site (SA1 2JT) - 15 per vehicle There is a park and walk facility a 5 minute walk away, located adjacent to the stadium. The site is situated off junction 42 or 45 of the M4 and signposts should be followed. The car park opens at 3pm and closes at midnight. The Landore Park and Walk site is in two parts, one of which is hard standing tarmac, the other gravel. Cwm Level Playing Fields (SA6 8NJ) - 10 per vehicle To access this park and walk facility leave the M4 at junction 45, follow the A4067 South to the second roundabout and take the third exit to Cwm Level Road. The car park will be sign posted on your left-hand side. The car park opens at 2pm and closes at midnight. The Cwm Level Playing Fields park and walk facility is a soft grassed area. Fabian Way Park and Ride (SA1 8LD) - 10 per vehicle The Fabian Way Park and Ride service will be in operation for the event. The park and ride site is situated off junction 42 of the M4. The site opens at 3pm and closes at midnight. The Fabian Way Park and Ride facility is on hard standing tarmac. What other transport options are available? We have partnered with Zeelo coach travel for the concert. Zeelo will be running a direct coach service from various locations across South Wales, including Newport, Haverfordwest, Caerphilly and Neath, among others such as Bristol for the event. Those using Zeelo coaches will get priority going in and out of the stadium to avoid parking queues. You can see a full list of pick-up locations here. The nearest railway station to the Liberty Stadium is Swansea High Street which is approximately 1.5 miles away. Concert-goers are reminded that the concert is on a Saturday evening and should check Arriva Trains: 0845 6060 6600 or www.nationalrail.co.uk for details of the timetable. Is there a designated drop off point? There is a designated drop off and pick up point for the concert situated in the Morfa Retail Park car park (SA1 7DF). This will be in operation prior to the main act taking the stage and after the concert. This should also be used as a disabled drop off point as strict road closures around the immediate vicinity of the stadium will be in operation. The walk from the Morfa Retail Park to the Liberty Stadium takes approximately three minutes on a level surface with dropped kerbs where appropriate.
Please note that there is no parking permitted in this area. The car park will be monitored and anyone seen to be parking their car and leaving it may be subject to a fixed penalty notice. Where should I direct any pre-booked taxis? Please direct any pre-booked taxis into the designated drop off point in Morfa Retail Park. Are there any shuttle buses between the city centre and the event? There will be normal City Centre buses in operation prior to the concert. Buses 4 and 4A leave the Swansea Quadrant and drop opposite the Liberty Stadium. There will be a dedicated shuttle bus service after the concert which will be located at the Landore Park and Walk site and will take concert-goers to the City Centre. The cost of the ticket will be 2 single or 3 return. Will there be a taxi rank near the stadium after the concert? There will be a taxi rank service available after the concert at the Morfa Retail Park, just a short three-minute walk from the stadium. This will be situated to the east of the stadium, across the footbridge. No pre-booked taxis will be permitted in the taxi rank. There will be a separate area within the Morfa Retail Park car park for pre-booked taxis. Will there be any road closures in place around the stadium? A temporary road closure will be in place at the end of the concert. The A4067 dual carriageway (opposite the stadium) will take place for at least 45 minutes after the concert and roads will be reopened once safe to do so. What can I expect upon arrival? Where do I enter the stadium? On arrival from car parks, Park and Ride services, or public transport, you will need to make your way to your gate entrance (A, B or C) as detailed on your tickets. Staff will be on hand to assist and there is a dedicated point of entry for visitors requiring special assistance.
Once you are through the entry point and your ticket has been scanned you will be free to move around within the footprint of the stadium to access catering and toilet facilities either in the West Car Park Catering Village or in the stadium concourses. If you have hospitality tickets please enter via the VIP Entrance situated in the West Car Park adjacent to the Main Reception. Will there be queues to enter the stadium? There are many entry lanes available but please allow plenty of time for your arrival. With ticket checks, security searching and bag checks queues may form at peak times. What is in the catering village, and where is it located? The Catering Village will have a variety of stands offering a variety of options including: Oriental Snacks Chicken Fish and Chips Prosecco Gin Cocktails Ciders We urge you to access the Catering Village early to take advantage of the excellent facilities available throughout the evening. Can I take food and drink into the stadium? No food or drink purchased outside the Liberty Stadium is permitted to be taken into the venue. Should you need to bring an item of food or drink with you due to medical or religious requirements please contact us prior to your arrival on 01792 616402. Am I allowed to bring bags to the venue? Small bags are permitted however no bags bigger than A4 in size (W21cm x H30cm x D8cm) will be permitted to the venue footprint. Can I bring my camera?
Professional cameras are not permitted unless you are an officially accredited photographer covering the event. This extends to video cameras and audio equipment. Am I allowed to take an umbrella to the concert? You may bring umbrellas to the stadium however large umbrellas will not be permitted. Does the stadium have a cloakroom? Due to the size of the Liberty Stadium and the number of people visiting this event, unfortunately we are unable to offer a cloakroom facility. Our advice would be to bring the minimal amount of additional personal belongings particularly as this is a standing event as there will not be space for you to leave bags, coats etc. on the floor where you stand. Can I bring an assistance dog? Assistance dogs are welcome at the Liberty Stadium, however we do recommend that they are not brought to concerts or other loud events. You are advised to contact us in advance of arrival should you wish to attend with your assistance dog on 01792 616402. Will there be any Disability Liaison Officers on hand to help at the concert? There will be Disability Liaison Officers on hand to help any concert-goers with disabilities. The DLO s will be identifiable by green bibs on the day. Where can I buy official merchandise? Merchandise stalls will be located in the Stadium Catering Village and in the Stadium Bowl. Please note the only locations at which official merchandise will be on sale will be after you have entered the ticket entry points. There are no official merchandise outlets of the Stadium footprint. Will I be able to smoke whilst at the concert? Like all venues, the Liberty Stadium is a totally non-smoking venue. This also includes e- cigarettes. Concert-goers can smoke within the Catering Village only, and not within the stadium bowl. What are the age restrictions for the concert?
The Liberty Stadium policy states that a child aged under 14 may not enter the stadium unless accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over, and that a child must be in possession of a valid ticket for the concert. Can I bring a pushchair to the concert? Please note that whilst you may bring your children to the stadium, no pushchairs, car seats or carry cots are permitted on site. Payments Is there a cash point at the Liberty Stadium? Unfortunately, there is no cash point facility directly on site at the Liberty Stadium. The nearest ATMs are situated at Morrison s Supermarket and near Boots in the Morfa Retail Park. Please note that transactions do not incur a service charge. Once I am at the stadium can I pay by card? We accept cards from most major providers, with the exception of American Express. Cards are accepted at all concourse kiosks and hospitality areas. There are limited card and contactless payment facilities in the Catering Village. Some mobile sellers of alcohol in the catering village and pitch area will only accept cash payments. Safety and Security Can I expect to be searched? Everyone who enters the stadium will be searched. Stewards will operate a pat down policy and bag check upon arrival. Are there any items I cannot bring to the concert? It is a condition of our stadium licence that certain items are not allowed into the stadium in the interests of health and safety. These items include, but are not limited to: glass bottles; cans; flasks; cool boxes; large flags/banners; selfie sticks; smoke grenades, flares and fireworks. All such items are not allowed into the stadium and therefore must be taken away or disposed of prior to entry. This may delay your access into and exit from the stadium.
What should I do in a medical emergency? In the event of a medical emergency please notify a member of security or any members of staff who will be pleased to help you. The Liberty Stadium work with St John s Ambulance for all stadium events. What if I get separated from my child at the concert? There will be a safeguarding office located within our hospitality office situated in the West Stand (opposite the Catering Village). What shall I do if I lose something at the concert? If you lose any personal belongings during the concert please contact us after the event on 01792 616402.
