Terms & Conditions Confirmation & Room Hire Your booking will be deemed confirmed upon payment of an agreed deposit which must be within 7 days of the enquiry ( sooner if function is within 2 weeks.) The Exchange reserves the right to cancel any tentative bookings where this has not been done. Any cancellations must be submitted to The Exchange in writing, refunds will be granted at managements discretion. Menu Selection & Final Numbers Any function requiring catering must have the menu confirmed no less than 2 weeks pri to your function. Final numbers must be confirmed 1 week pri, this number reflects the minimum numbers on which you will be charged. Please note that while we make every efft to cater f all allergies, food is prepared around high risk allergens and it is ultimately the decision of the guest to consume food. Pricing & Payments All menu and room hire pricing is subject to change until the point of function confirmation. We require full payment of minimum spend 2 days pri to your function, any additional charges will be finalised on the day via cash EFT only. Responsibility You are responsible f any damages losses to hotel guest property during the time of your function. Security is not provided as part of our package, but we are able to ganise f an additional fee. We practice responsible service of alcohol and withhold the right to refuse service entry to anyone we believe to be intoxicated can not provide adequate identification. Mins Are welcome at any function but must be accompanied by an adult at all times until midnight when they must leave. Cleaning General cleaning is incpated into our function costs, however please note that any additional cleaning maintenance to our function spaces including removing damage from decations will incur an additional cost.
