We will endeavour to accommodate all special requests for your party but, I m sure you will appreciate, this is a very busy time of year and sometimes not all requests can be granted, ie. table layouts etc. Anyone arriving drunk or appearing to be drunk will be asked to leave with no refund whatsoever! Our cancellation policy is one that is fair but strict. Any deposits, once paid, are 100% non-refundable. If any members of your party, cancel less than 48 hours before your party date, they may still be charged in full. If you announce upon arrival for your party that any guest will not be coming, you will be charged for their meal(s). Friday & Saturday Party nights are strictly over 18 s only. If you are one of the fortunate ones that look younger than your years, you will be asked for ID. (We only accept a valid passport or British driving licence as ID.) NB. We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Our afternoon parties will be asked to leave by 5pm in order for us to prepare for our evening parties. This is in order for us to prepare for our evening parties and so that our Dinner guests are not greeted by a wall of lunchtime revellers at the bar! An enjoyable time can then be had by all. *Please ensure ALL guests are aware that their deposit is 100% Non-Refundable. If they cancel, their deposit will be lost and not deducted from your final bill. *Having checked with your friends and colleagues that this menu is suitable and you have an idea of dates and numbers, either call in, or telephone on 01935 423081 to make your booking.
