But what about adding chocolate chips and or fruit pieces in the dough, or covering the baked product with chocolate! We offer you fully automated production lines including dough depositing, proofing, baking and cooling of the product. The Tromp three roll wire cutting machine in combination with the crumbling unit guarantees a perfect dough weight depositing. It s unique design makes cleaning very easy. These extremely solid and highly accurate Tromp depositing machines are built for liquid dough. The Tromp depositor can easily be removed in and out the oven. The VanderPol temperature control system provides a unique possibility to create different temperatures for top and bottom plates. This unique brushing cleaning system creates a perfect way of cleaning while running with the production line. This infra-red unit can remove heavy dirt from the plates and allow the waffle plates to stay in the oven.

SOFT WAFFLE VanderPol Waffle ovens are free standing from the floor and have easy access for cleaning the moulds in the waffle oven. Ovens are covered 100% with Stainless steel plates. Oven can be cleaned and greased while the line is running with products. With our zero pressure system, gas consumption will be minimized and burners will stay clean.
