In addition to the operation of the Confectionery, Gerbeaud House has proved itself through its attention to detail in virtually every branch of the catering industry. The Gerbeaud bistro serves traditional, homey cuisine, with dishes prepared by our own butcher and bakers. The exclusive Michelin star Onyx restaurant offers a gastronomic experience that showcases revamped Hungarian cuisine and international flavors; the restaurant is considered one of the best in the country by the Hungarian and foreign trade industry press and guests alike. Gerbeaud Gourmet Catering began in 2000, when we opened our largest banquet hall, the glass-roofed Atrium Room. Since then, we have arranged Hundreds of Successful conferences, weddings, banquets, and corporate events both on and off the premises of Gerbeaud House.

gold salon The Gerbeaud Café s magnificent salons with their 1910s interior can serve as as the venue for your event. The Café shines with the cultured nostalgia of Louis XV: rich plasterwork, magnificent chandeliers, marble tables, lavish fine wood paneling, and brocade wall coverings characterise the elegant, yet relaxed atmosphere of this home of tradition. The Gold Salon can be separated from the Café s other salons with a brocade curtain and provides an exceptional milieu for a press breakfast, a reception or a small buffet.
petite salon The Petite Salon is located in the right wing of the Café behind the cake counter. The Salon is perfect for press breakfasts during the morning, family events, business meetings or smaller gala dinners.
atrium HALL The glass-roofed Atrium in the central courtyard of the building is our most popular events hall. Modern crystal chandeliers and silk curtains make the interior all the more extraordinary. The Atrium has its own entrance on Dorottya Street, and is suitable for any type of event: weddings, gala dinners, conferences, workshops or evening cocktail parties. bistro The Bistro is the most recent addition to the Gerbeaud House. It has become the venue of choice for some unforgettable celebrations - playing host to everything from corporate events to family celebrations. The Bistro can accommodate up to 55-60 guests for seated dining in two separate rooms. The first area, with its classic tables, seats 40-45 guests. The area in front of the bar provides bar-stool seating at cocktail tables for an additional 15 people. We look forward to welcoming up to 100 guests in the Bistro cellar - a separate, atmospheric space decorated with rustic wooden furniture and copper brewing kettles. From March to October we also welcome our guests to dine on our 150-seat Bistro terrace.

The Hungarian National Gallery The Hungarian National Gallery s interior locations with the paintings and sculptures of the most significant Hungarian painters and its magnificent panorama guarantee an extraordinary atmosphere for your event.
