Add ½ cup (125ml) boiling water and stir until sugar has dissolved. Dip biscuits, 1 at a time, in coffee mixture. Arrange over base of four 1-cup (250ml) capacity serving bowls or glasses. 2 Combine Ski Soleil Vanilla Flavoured Yoghurt and ricotta in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture over biscuits. Banana peanut snack ProPoints values per serve serves: 1 snack bar peanut & honey Enjoy the crunch as you munch these satisfying cereal bars made with dried roasted peanuts, rolled oats and a hint of honey. Only 2 ProPoints values per bar. 1 medium banana, sliced 1 tbs sultanas 100g low-fat natural yoghurt 25g Weight Watchers Snack Bar Peanut & Honey, chopped syrupy, fast and 1 Place banana in a small serving bowl. Sprinkle with 3 teaspoons sultanas. Top with yoghurt, Weight Watchers Snack Bar Peanut & Honey and remaining sultanas. Serve. Honey apple crepes Cooking time: 5 mins 4 x 50g frozen crepes 400g can sliced pie apple 4 x 25g Weight Watchers Snack Bar Peanut & Honey, chopped 1 3 cup (80ml) maple syrup 1 Warm crepes following packet instructions. 2 Meanwhile, heat apple in a small saucepan over low heat for 2 3 minutes or until warmed through. 3 Place crepes on serving plates. Top with apple and half the Weight Watchers Snack Bar Peanut & Honey. Fold to enclose f illing. Drizzle with syrup and serve topped with remaining Weight Watchers Snack Bar Peanut & Honey. Serve. Serve with: Weight Watchers Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream. Add 2 ProPoints values per serve for a small (50g) scoop. 5

Chocolate & apricot custard new Cooking time: 5 mins 34g pkt Weight Watchers Vanilla Flavoured Custard Mix 400g can Weight Watchers Halved Apricots, drained 2 x 21g Weight Watchers Chocolate Honeycomb Bar, thinly sliced 4 dried apricot halves, thinly sliced 1 Make Weight Watchers Vanilla Flavoured Custard Mix following packet instructions. Set aside to cool slightly. Divide Weight Watchers Halved Apricots among 4 small serving bowls. Top with Weight Watchers Vanilla Flavoured Custard Mix and sprinkle with Weight Watchers Chocolate Honeycomb Bar and dried apricot. Serve. Honeycomb brownies ProPoints values per brownie makes: 16 Prep: 15 mins Cooking time: 20 mins 1 cup (220g) caster sugar 2 3 cup (70g) cocoa powder, sifted ½ cup (75g) self-raising flour 150g tub Ski Soleil Vanilla Flavoured Yoghurt* 2 eggs 40g Weight Watchers Canola Spread, melted 2 x 21g Weight Watchers Chocolate Honeycomb Bar, chopped dark, rich and chocolate honeycomb bar A heavenly sweet combo of honey, vanilla, honeycomb pieces and crispy cereal, smothered in a smooth chocolate-flavoured coating. Only 2 ProPoints values per bar. 1 Preheat oven to 180 C or 160 C fan-forced. Lightly spray a 19cm (base measurement) square cake tin with oil. Line base and sides with baking paper. 2 Combine sugar, cocoa and flour in a large bowl. Whisk Ski Soleil Vanilla Flavoured Yoghurt, eggs and Weight Watchers Canola Spread in a medium jug. Add yoghurt mixture to flour mixture and stir to combine. 3 Spoon mixture into prepared tin and smooth the top. Sprinkle with Weight Watchers Chocolate Honeycomb Bar. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked when tested with a skewer. Cool slightly in tin. Cut into 16 pieces. Banana berry split ProPoints values per serve serves: 1 1 medium banana, halved lengthways 1 small scoop (50g) Weight Watchers Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream 1 tbs fresh blueberries 25g Weight Watchers Snack Bar Golden Oat, crumbled 1 Place banana in a serving dish and top with Weight Watchers Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream. Sprinkle with blueberries and Weight Watchers Snack Bar Golden Oat. Serve. Pear & blackberry crumble Prep: 10 mins Cooking time: 15 mins 4 packham pears, chopped 1 tbs caster sugar 1 cup (150g) frozen blackberries, thawed 2 tbs coarsely chopped walnuts 4 x 25g Weight Watchers Snack Bar Golden Oat, crumbled fruity, nutty and 1 Place pear, sugar and 1 3 cup (80ml) water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 12 minutes or until pear is tender. 2 Stir in blackberries. Cook for 1 minute or until warmed through. Transfer to 4 small serving bowls. Sprinkle with walnuts and Weight Watchers Snack Bar Golden Oat. Serve. Serve with: Weight Watchers Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream. Add 2 ProPoints values per serve for a small (50g) scoop. 9

Choc crisp & strawberry pops ProPoints values per serve serves: 1 25g Weight Watchers Choc Crisp Original Bar, cut into 4 even pieces 4 strawberries choc crisp original BAR One for the chocoholics this crunchy snack combines malted cocoa with puffed rice and is smothered in even more chocolate. Only 2 ProPoints values per bar. 1 Thread Weight Watchers Choc Crisp Original Bar and strawberries, alternately, on 2 bamboo skewers or paddle-pop sticks. Serve. Cherry & choc crisp mousse Prep: 10 mins, plus 2 hours setting 10g sachet powdered gelatine 300g frozen cherries, thawed 2 x 150g tubs Ski Soleil Strawberry Yoghurt* 2 x 25g Weight Watchers Choc Crisp Original Bar, chopped 1 tbs low-fat natural yoghurt cherry, choc and 1 Place 1 tablespoon boiling water in a heatproof jug. Sprinkle with gelatine. Whisk with a fork until gelatine has dissolved. Cool. 2 Meanwhile, place cherries and Ski Soleil Strawberry Yoghurt in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Add gelatine mixture and pulse until combined. Spoon into 4 small glass tumblers or dishes. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Sprinkle with Weight Watchers Choc Crisp Original Bar. Feta & ricotta dip 120g reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled 160g reduced-fat fresh ricotta cheese 4 pitted green olives, sliced 2 x 19g packets Weight Watchers Nibblies Rosemary & Sea Salt Flavour 1 Place feta and ricotta in a medium bowl. Stir until smooth and combined. Spoon into a serving bowl and sprinkle with olives. Serve with Weight Watchers Nibblies Rosemary & Sea Salt Flavour. Salmon & corn pâté 2 x 95g cans salmon in springwater, drained 2 x 125g cans corn kernels, drained 1 cup (200g) Weight Watchers Cottage Cheese 2 green shallots, thinly sliced 2 tsp drained baby capers, rinsed 2 x 19g packets Weight Watchers Nibblies Rosemary & Sea Salt Flavour nibblies ROSEMARY & SEA SALT flavour Delightfully light and crisp, these bite-size nibblies are the perfect savoury snack or party-time treat. Spray 10 holes of a 12-hole (1 3-cup/80ml capacity) muf f in tin with oil. Combine 2 teaspoons coffee with 2 tablespoons boiling water in a bowl. Set aside. 2 Using electric beaters, beat Weight Watchers Canola Spread and brown sugar in a bowl until thick and creamy. Add coffee mixture and beat until combined. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in milk and flour. 3 Spoon mixture into prepared tin. Bake for 15 20 minutes or until cooked when tested with a skewer. Stand cakes in tin for 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool. 4 Cut each Weight Watchers Rich Toffee Bar into 15 thin slices. Combine remaining coffee with 1 teaspoon boiling water in a small saucepan. Add condensed milk and cocoa and stir over low heat until warmed through. Drizzle sauce over cakes and top each with 3 slices Weight Watchers Rich Toffee Bar. Serve.
