Dark Rums English Harbour 5 Year - Antigua Named after English Harbour, the naval port in the West Indies. The nose is oaky and fruity with notes of gentle stone fruits and spice. Gosling s Black Seal Bermuda Rum - Bermuda 25ml 5.10 / 50ml 9.30 A brilliant dark rum for mixing, produced in Bermuda since 1806. The name comes from the black wax originally used to seal the bottles. Rich and well balanced this has enticing notes of butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. Havana Club Anejo 7 Year - Cuba 25ml 4 / 50ml 7 Havana 7 holds the tastes of the Cuban land: aromatic tobacco, the sweet tropical fruits of the Cuban garden, molasses, spices and vanilla from the long ageing unfold, enhanced by the slow release of aromas. Havana Seleccion Maestro - Cuba A relaunch of Havana Club s Cuban Barrel Proof edition, Selección de Maestros is bottled at 45% for extra oomph. The casks have been hand-picked by the maestros roneros chosen for their aromatic properties before being bottled at a higher strength than the standard range for a more intense, immediate flavour on the palate. It has a light nose of spices and woody characters. La Hechicera Fine Aged - Colombia La Hechicera is Spanish for the enchantress... This rum was made in Colombia and aged for between 12 and 21 years in bourbon barrels. It is an unpolished rum, which means it retains the genuine qualities of the noble wood it breathes, it has not been rounded up with additives or sugar, its smoothness has been mellowing for decades. 4
Mount Gay Black Barrel - Barbados 25ml 5 / 50ml 9.20 Released in the UK in 2014, Mount Gay Black Barrel is a complex premium rum that can be enjoyed as a sipping rum or by mixing in cocktails. It s a small batch, handcrafted blend that has a balanced, but bold spicy flavour. It is finished in heavily charred bourbon barrels before being bottled. Dark Rums Plantation Original Trinidad & Tobago - Made with aged rum from Trinidad and Jamaica, which then are blended together and aged further in Cognac casks, which should impart some fruity richness to the expression. Pusser s Gunpowder Proof - USA 25ml 5.10 / 50ml 9.30 A classic British Navy style rum, inspired by the recipe used to produce the tot given to sailors as their daily ration until Black Tot Day, 31 July 1970. R.L. Seales 10 Year - Barbados 25ml 5 / 50ml 9.20 Rich 10-year-old rum from Barbados, lots of character, very smooth too. Terrific flagship rum bottled by Richard Seale, the famous Bajan rum producer and now proprietor of Barbados s Foursquare distillery. This stuff is excellent. Santa Teresa 1796 - Venezuela Honeyed single estate rum with elements of bitter chocolate, nuts and buttery biscuits. It is made, unusually for a rum, through the solera process: casks of different aged rums are stacked vertically, the oldest (aged around 35 years) at the bottom, and as the distiller draws rum from one cask they top it up with younger liquid from the blend. 5
GOLDEN Rums Golden Rums Angostura 1919 - Trinidad and Tobago 25ml 3.80 / 50ml 7 From the famed Angostura company, this is a blend of spirit aged for at least eight years in bourbon barrels. Beautifully soft, revealing a generous and long-lasting array of toasty flavours as a result of the long. Bacardi Gold (Oro) - Bermuda 25ml 4.50 / 50ml 8.20 Distinctive golden rum with a smooth taste and subtle mellow characteristics, this is ideal served long over ice with cola or fruit juices. Brugal Anejo - Dominican Republic 25ml 4.50 / 50ml 8.20 Matured for up to five years in specially selected ex-bourbon American oak casks. The distillation process removes many of the heavy alcohols that other rums leave in. The result? A clean, smooth and not-so-sweet spirit that tastes like something you ll never forget. Cockspur Rum - Barbados 25ml 4 / 50ml 7 A blend of rums aged in barrels previously used to age bourbon, imparting depth of flavour. Cockspur Fine is smooth and an ideal base spirit for cocktails or long drinks. Don Q Gold Puerto Rico Don Q Gold rum is a multiple-distilled golden rum produced at Destileria Serrallés in the town of Ponce in southern Puerto Rico. Aged in American white oak barrels to round out the spirit, this works well on its own, or in long drinks and cocktails. 6
Doorly s 5 Year Old - Barbados 25ml 4.70 / 50ml 8.20 A very tasty Bajan rum, this 5 year is a balanced spirit, typical of the region, and offers plenty of tropical fruit. Great in cocktails or for sipping on its own over ice. Doorly s XO - Barbados 25ml 5 / 50ml 9.20 A six year old classic Bajan blend, Doorly s XO is finished in an Oloroso sherry cask, which adds a lovely character and a rich, round, complex palate. GOLDEN Rums El Dorado 5 Year - Guyana 25ml 4.50 / 50ml 8.20 - The blend of El Dorado 5-Year rum s is distilled in a both column and wooden stills before maturing for five years in bourbon oak casks. El Dorado 5-year rum is produced by Demerara Distillers Ltd. of Guyana. Sharing its name with the Demerara River, Demerara Distillers first started production in 1670. El Dorado 8 YeaR - Guyana 25ml 5.10 / 50ml 9.30 A recent addition to the El Dorado range of splendid golden Demerara rums, this brilliantly versatile rum works well in a luxury Mojito or Rum Old-Fashioned, but is also delicious on the rocks or sipped slowly. A terrific all-rounder. Fair 5 Year - Belize 25ml 5 / 50ml 9.30 5-year-old rum made exclusively using Fair Trade certified sugar cane from Belize and matured in Kentucky bourbon barrels before being shipped out to France to be bottled. Made by FAIR whom created the world s first line of premium Fair Trade spirits. Havana Club Anejo Especia - Cuba 25ml 4 / 50ml 7 A premium golden rum with a smooth finish, made and double aged in Cuba to make the ultimate Cuba Libre, A light sweetness and vanilla notes from double ageing complement hints of cinnamon, tobacco, orange peel and dry oak. Great for enjoying in cocktails, but its vibrant notes of fresh fruit and cooking spices mean it certainly can be sipped over ice. Mount Gay Eclipse Rum - Barbados 25ml 4 / 5 ml 7.20 From probably the oldest rum distillery in the world (dating from 1703), comes this legendary Barbados golden rum. For many rum aficionados Eclipse is the reference by which all rum should be measured. Eclipse has a brilliant golden amber colour and a luxuriously complex aroma. Mount Gay XO - Barbados Probably one of the best golden rums about. Five star. A very special Bajan rum, Mount Gay XO full-flavoured and extremely mellow, with a lingering finish. Redleg Spiced - Britain Named for the red leg hermit crab that s native to the coral reefs of the Caribbean. It s infused with ginger and vanilla before being rested in oak casks to round out and marry the spicy flavours. Rumbullion Navy Strength - Britain 25ml 7 / 5 ml 13.20 Made using a secret recipe with a Caribbean rum at its spicy core. Expect big spicy flavours of cardamom, clove and vanilla in this legendary spiced rum. Navy Strength is 57% abv. Many say that this was so that the gunpowder would still explode if the rum was spilt on it, but we can absolutely assure you that navy strength rumsoaked gunpowder is useless for firing cannon balls (not that we tried it... no, that would be dangerous). 10

The all-natural spices and flavours chosen gives the rum a rich, smooth taste characterized by top notes of vanilla and cinnamon. Doorly s 3 Year - Barbados RL Seale is one of Barbados oldest trading houses, a family-owned business whose involvement in rummaking extends from father-to-son since 1820. The ideal mixing rum for all the classic rum cocktails. El Dorado 3 Year - Guyana 25ml 4.30 / 50ml 7.50 Aged in small ex-bourbon casks for a minimum of 3 years & charcoal filtered to remove the colour. This rum is smooth and luscious with butterscotch, white chocolate & pineapple flavours. Facundo Neo Rum -Bahamas Facundo is a premium range of rums from Bacardi Neo Silver is a white rum, aged for up to eight years. Beautifully balanced with notes of banana, almonds and freshly cut grass, this is great on the rocks or in cocktails. Flor de Cana 4 Year Seco - Nicaragua A lip-smacking dry white rum from one of Central America s most celebrated producers, Flor de Cana from Nicaragua, whose reputation for outstanding quality is thoroughly deserved. Medium-bodied, beads with a smooth, round mouth-feel followed by flavours of vanilla and coconut. Pampero Blanco - Venezuela 25 ml 3.80-50 ml 7 A delicious creamy Blanco rum from popular Venezuelan producer Pampero. By law Venezuelan rum must be aged for a minimum of two years, meaning this is smoother and more characterful than standard white rums. Plantation 3 Stars White - France 25 ml 4.50-50 ml 8 A blend of rums from three islands: Trinidad (rum aged two or three years), Barbados (young rum), and Jamaica (old rum). Each island brings its own aromatic characteristics. White Rums St Aubin Agricole - Mauritius Distillation is carried out once in an alembic still with the first cane pressing only used. The rum is un-aged. Due to this different technique the flavour profile of rum agricole is very different to industrial (molasses) rum. The nose is massive with sweet sugar cane, grass and herby aromas. The palate is very smooth and supple for 50% and fresh cane juice is abundant. The finish is clean and smooth with a slight peppery, vanilla tinge. Rhum Clement Agricole Blanc - Martinique Made from the best selection of the finest sugarcane from Habitation Clement. The sugarcane is harvested as low to the ground as possible in order to get the highest concentration of sucrose. The distillery is within view of the fields to ensure freshness. Clean, with nice flower and cane flavours. Rum Bar Overproof - Jamaica A classic white overproof rum from the famous Worthy Park distillery in Jamaica. A blend of three unaged pot-still rums, this is best enjoyed in a long drink with a mixer of your choice. Wray & Nephew Overproof - Jamaica 25ml 4.30 / 50ml 8.20 This is the original Jamaican rum of the Jamaican people, an intrinsic part of the culture, tradition and everyday living. Notes of banana and Demerara as well as spice and a little oak. Palate is fruity and a little spirity with long and spiced finish.
