Service and General Information Function Scheduling -Monday thru Friday- 8:00 am- 12:00 midnight -Saturday- 11:00am 4:00 pm or 6:00pm 11:00pm -Sunday- Any 5-hour period -Midday Functions- Check with our sales office for details, additional fees may apply. Hall Minimums & Capacities Each of our function rooms carries a minimum number of adult guests and a food minimum. Food minimums are calculated prior to tax and service. Once you have met the room minimum with adults and reached the food minimum as described previously, then we can then offer you children s prices for children 12 and under. Whole Main Ballroom- 300 to 750 Adult Guests Skylight Room- 90 to 130 Adult Guests Half of the Main Ballroom Americana or Heritage Room-130 to 320 Adult Guests Pavilion Room-75 to 100 Adult Guests **Our Pavilion room is a three-season room and is not climate controlled. ** Extra Hour--$150 Extra hour must be approved by Alpine Grove Management 15 days prior to the event. An extra hour will not be granted the day of the event. Live Music /Bands Please inquire about house policies and additional fees. Alpine Wedding Ceremonies Ceremony Fee- $450 includes a guided rehearsal, gazebo, up to 150 chairs for your outdoor ceremony. In case of inclement weather, an arch will be provided inside your reception room. Due to space constraints during indoor ceremonies the number of chairs placed on the dance floor is limited to 12. Rehearsals-We try our best to provide your ceremony or event space for your rehearsal on the Thursday or Friday prior to your wedding. However, sometimes this is not possible. If an event or ceremony space is booked, we will do our best to provide an alternate date or space for your wedding rehearsal. Reservations & Deposits A deposit of $1000 is required to hold your requested date. A second deposit is required eight months prior to your event, they are as follows. Pavilion or Skylight room- 2,000.00 Americana or Heritage rooms- 3,000.00 Whole Main Ballroom a 5,000.00 All payments made are considered deposits and are treated as such and applied to your final balance. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. 8

Service and General Information Continued Upgraded packages A deposit of 50% of the Silver Maple or Golden Oak package is due six moths prior to your event. Cancellation Policies Event and Banquet accommodations are contracted commitments and if not canceled 6 months prior to the scheduled function date, you will be subject to the following schedule-if cancellation is within: more than 6 months prior to date of event, all deposits received are forfeited 89 days- 6 months 100 % of minimum revenue required, 0-90 days 100% of events revenue required, Final Arrangements Menu selections must be finalized three months prior to your event. Please call or email us 15 days prior to your event with your guaranteed final count. Final counts are not subject to reduction. Final Payment- for your convenience, you may now pay on line by e-check. If you choose not to pay by e- check, final payment will be due in full at the time of the final detail appointment in the form of cash or cashier s check. Personal check will not be an acceptable form of payment less than 10 days prior to your event. Payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% convenience fee. Liquor Information -Cash Bar- Guests Pay House Price -Open or Host Bar- Based on consumption, an 18% gratuity will be added to all open bars. A Deposit is required for all open bars and will be added to final invoice. All alcohol must be provided by Alpine Grove. Carry-in alcoholic beverages are prohibited as per The State of New Hampshire Liquor Law Enforcement. Anyone that brings alcohol on the property will be asked to leave immediately. Photography: Reserving Alpine Grove for ceremonies and banquets, inside or outside, is on a first come, first serve basis. If you book a gazebo for your ceremony, you are also entitled to that area for photos. If your ceremony is not held on our property, there is a chance that there may not be an outside area available for photographs when you arrive. Your designated Bride s room can be used for indoor photos if this should occur. Food: Due to Insurance and Health Code Regulations, all the food prepared for functions at Alpine Grove must be consumed on the premises. Left over or unused portions may not be taken home or donated. Firearms or weapons of any kind are not permitted.. Final Statement The Alpine Grove Banquet Facility is dedicated to the food service industry and has a commitment to quality. All food is prepared in our own kitchen by professional chefs and is always freshly served.
