Our corkage charges are levied on a consumption basis. If you wish to supply your own wines then they should be delivered to Middle Temple at least three days prior to the event. Any leftovers must be collected within 5 days of the event. Corkage charges: Wine 20 Champagne/Sparkling Wine 25 Port 20 Spirits 45 Bottled Beer/Lager 2.50 (per 275ml btl) Soft Drinks 2.50 (per litre) For the sake of these charges a bottle is 75cl except where stated.
