Oyster Bar Market Price Have your guests enjoy oysters off the half shell, shucked in person by Patrick McMurray, World Champion Oyster Shucker or by one of his staff. Oysters are served with a choice of cocktail sauce, shallot vinaigrette, horseradish or Tabasco sauce.
