Our main dining area features a lively bar setting, while our side room houses a long sit-down table with a spacious accompanying bar. AN EVENT GUIDE TO KILO; TERMS & CONDITIONS 10 TERMS & CONDITIONS BLACK OUT DATES RATES ON CORKAGE All Kilo outlets will not be avaulable for hire on the following dates: 31 October Halloween 24 December Christmas Eve 31 December New Year s Eve Rates for corkage are charged the same across all Kilo outlets: Beer - $60 per case (24 x case) Wine - $40 per bottle Champagne - $60 per bottle Spirits - $80 per bottle. MINIMUM SPEND DEPOSIT CANCELLATIONS GUEST LIABILITY GUEST CONTRACT Guests are to select their menu packages from either Kilo Kallang or Kilo Orchard with given rates as the minimum amount to be spent. Rates are determined by location and package chosen respectively. When the minimum spend is not reached, the remaining shortfall will be charged. Guests must pay a 50% deposite via credit card of bank transfer to confirm the event. Guests must provide 7 days notice of cancellation without penalty. If the notice is not provided, the deposite will be retained by Kilo. The guests liability form must be signed by the guest in charge of the booking. Guest must sign a contract, ackowledging the terms and conditions and confirming arrangements.
