YOUR SUCCESS, OUR STORY GET TO KNOW PRZEMEK S STORY Przemek has opened Two prosperous NYPD Restaurants within the Kraków area. His investment was limited to a minimum, time was of the essence, but he managed to achieve success. How did he do it? I would like to share my story with you. In early 2016 I opened my first NYPD Express restaurant. I was encouraged by the transparent offer, small contribution fees to start and of course delicious pizza that is served at NYPD. To be frank at first I was a bit worried whether this business would work out and if I would make too many mistakes... It turned out that I didn t need to worry at all. Firstly I was positively surprised about our cooperation and the approach between NYPD and their franchisee. They offered help within choosing the appropriate premises, I was helped in all formalities related to Food, Safety and Inspection Services, HACCP certification and also design of my Restaurant. The training course I passed gave me theoretical knowledge but above all I received a huge amount of practical information, like how to manage the business. Furthermore NYPD specialists helped me within the first days of the opening and they have showed me how to handle the pressure. Outcome? In the first months of operation the number of orders were so big that we were not able to keep up with the huge amounts of orders. That was an eye-opener for me, thus is why I decided to open another restaurant in the heart of Wieliczka on the outscirts of Kraków. This time round I decided to invest in the restaurant format with takeaway deliveries. My second restaurant was even more successful. I do hope that my story may be an inspiration for you and I hope to see you in the near future in the NYPD Family.
