Creating a Student Wish List Online Book Fair The online Book Fair allows students to create a Wish List of books to share with friends and family. This offers a great opportunity for loved ones who live far away to participate in the Book Fair. Best of all, purchases benefit the school and orders ship to school for FREE! Create Your Wish List: Find your school at www.scholastic.com/fair, then click the Shop Now button on your school s Book Fair homepage. To add items to your Wish List, click the Add to Wish List button under any book. Books will automatically be added to your Wish List. View Your Wish List: Click on Wish List at the top of the page to view your list of books. Important: When you view your Wish List for the first time, you will be asked to log in with an email address and password. Students will require an adult to complete the registration information. To view or modify your Wish List at a later date, go to My Account at the top of the page to log in and then click My Wish List. Multiple Wish Lists can be created under a single registration great for multiple students in a family. Share Wish List With Family and Friends: Send your Wish List via email by clicking on the Send Your Wish List button at the bottom of your Wish List page (see example below). Enter email addresses of friends and family. Scholastic does not capture or save any email addresses. When complete, click Send Your Wish List. If you have more than five emails to send, repeat the process. When a book is ordered from the Wish List, it will show in the Ordered column (see below). Follow these steps to send an ecard: Find your school at www.scholastic.com/fair, then click the Shop Now button on your school s Book Fair homepage. Click the Send ecard link on the left side of the homepage. Log in with an email address and password. Students will require an adult to log in. Complete: To, Email, and From information fields. Select 1 of 3 ecard messages and click Next. You may preview your ecard message, then click Send. Repeat steps to send additional ecards. Note: Scholastic does not collect email addresses. When friends and family receive your ecard via email, they will click the Online Fair link and be taken directly to your Online Book Fair. Online Book Fair Ordering from a Teacher s Wish List The Classroom Wish List program offers teachers a chance to select much-needed books for their classroom from the online Book Fair. Once a teacher creates a Wish List, parents and family members can purchase the books as gifts for the classroom. All orders are shipped FREE to the school! Find Your School at www.scholastic.com/fair, then click the online shopping link on your school s Book Fair homepage. Locate Your Teacher s Wish List: Click on the Classroom Wish Lists tab on the top navigation bar. Check the grade listing on the left to see if the teacher has created a Classroom Wish List. Select the proper grade, then find the teacher s name and click the View Wish List link. Note: if your child s teacher is not shown, they may not have created a Classroom Wish List. Place Books in Your Cart: To purchase a book for the teacher, click the Order Now button for any book shown on the teacher s Wish List (see example below). The book will be added to your cart. After your book selections for the teacher are complete, click on your Cart at the top right corner of the page to view your book purchases. Cart Checkout: From the shopping cart page, click Proceed to Checkout if your shopping is complete. You will be asked to log-in with an email address and password only. If you have an existing account, you may log-in at this time. If you wish to shop for someone else, click Continue Shopping and add items to your cart. Once your shopping is complete, select the Cart button and complete the check out process. Important to Note: When you reach check out, wish list books purchased for a Teacher and books purchased for you will be shown separately. Any items purchased for a classroom are sent to the attention of the classroom teacher. Your name will appear in the order details as the purchaser of the item(s).
