Whisky Selection 70 cl Evolution 2012 A harmonious vatting of whiskies aged from ten to over forty years in special sherry and oak casks, produced exclusively by Scotland s last artisan distilleries, which still use the same procedure as a hundred years ago. NoAge is the only whisky for which the reduction of original alcohol lasts for no less than twelve months, as was the custom in the 19th century. All the batches are re-blended every two-three months. A small percentage of water is added to it, so that it is gradually absorbed by the whisky s various organoleptic components. This practice has been abandoned by everyone else, as it was too expensive. NoAge does not undergo artificial colouring, nor is it submitted to chill filtration, which could remove its original components and natural aromas.

Rum Selection 50 cl Haiti Rhum 2004 It s the first time that a rum from this island attracts our attention. Haiti has always been a producer of rum, has been a crossroads of people and cultures. Since Christopher Columbus on the famous October 12, 1492 has discovered the Island, have passed Spanish and French settlers, pirates, religious and everyone has helped to build tradition and identity of this corner of the Caribbean. Complex Rhum despite of its young age, rich in aromas evolving large and pleasant floral bouquet. It imposes the lavender and cinnamon. Clean and persistent in the mouth for a long time. We were lucky enough to select it and now we are witnessing to its evolution starting from this bottling.
