Payment & Cancellation Policy In case of any questions about our payment or cancellation policy please contact us. Payment Policy - A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the event. - Non-residents: The remaining balance is to be settled at the day of the event. - Residents: The remaining balance must be paid within 4 weeks after the event. - All additional expenses incurred during the event will be added to the final invoice. - Prices are including local tax. - A 15% service charge will be added to your total invoice. With a full-bar buyout 10% service charge will be added to your total invoice. Cancellation Policy - If group or any portion of the event is cancelled up to two (2) weeks prior to the event execution, no cancellation charge will be applied, unless expenses have been incurred on group s behalf, in which case these expenses will be charged at cost. - If group or any portion of the event is cancelled within two weeks prior to event execution, a 50% cancellation penalty will be applied. - If group or any portion of the event is cancelled within 48 hours to the event, a 100% cancellation penalty will be applied. - Prices are subject to change with notice of party concerned. - The number of persons expected will be regarded as a guarantee. Unless otherwise notified 2 weeks prior to the event. Bugaloe Beach Bar reserves the right to charge for this number even if less is served. - Bugaloe is not responsible for adverse weather conditions, personal emergencies or schedule changes. - Organizer will advise his/her attendees that it is not allowed removing any food or beverage items without the authorization of the management of Bugaloe Beach Bar. In such an event an acknowledgement release and indemnity must be signed by organizer. - Bugaloe Beach Bar will not be held liable for any accidents during the excursion of the event.
