Food and Beverage Menus: Menu selections are due 7 days prior to the event. If the host has not provided this information to CPI by this deadline CPI will select a menu for the host. This ensures that CPI will be prepared for the event and the guests will have a seamless experience. No F&B of any kind is permitted to be brought into CPI without express written consent. The only exception is that you may bring a cake from a licensed bakery. The host then agrees to accept additional cutting fees and all liability and further indemnifies and obsolves CPI of all association. Host may not remove food or beverage from CPI without prior consent from the Chef and or GM. Policy does not permit to-go boxes for any buffet, due to food safety handling and timelapse. Deposit: A deposit is required to reserve a private dining room and will be credited to the final bill. CPI is not liable for third party deposits. Full Payment can be charged to a CC on file upon request. The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. If the deposit or any prepayments are made by CC, the client authorizes CPI to charge that amount. Host acknowledges that the final guest count is the amount of Food & Beverage charged at the end of the event regardless if the meal is served. Gratuity: As is customary in the service industry, the service staff includes: Servers, Bussers, Food Runners, Bartenders and others that are attending to your event. They are tipped employees and anticipate the customary gratuity which will be shared among the service staff for that day. It is normal and customary that a gratuity of at leat 8-20% is provided for the staff. The host agrees that the suggested gratuity should be added to the final bill. Host may change the gratuity amount at any time. Gratuity Percentage that the host instructs CPI to add to final bill % Scheduled Service Staff: Host acknolwedges that the service staff are schedule one hour prior to the event time. They may have limited availability prior to the start time due to their responsibilities. Payments: All F&B will be put on one master bill. The final charges will be presented to the onsite or off-site (if paid ahead of event) host for payment or closed to the credit card on file (if applicable).
