INCORPORATING The UK s market leading trade event for local, regional, national and international fine quality food and drink www.specialityandfinefoodfairs.co.uk www.specialityandfinefoodfairs.co.uk
Speciality & Fine Food Fair is the UK s leading trade event for showcasing artisan food and drink to trade buyers and is now firmly established as the place for delis, farm shops, independent retailers, restaurants, hotels, caterers and wholesalers to source fine food, meet suppliers, sample products and do serious business. Last year s show attracted 7,432 visitors (ABC audited) testament to the fact that the Fair remains the premier event in the sector and the only show where all of the regional food groups across the whole of Great Britain have a presence. There s no better way to do business face-to-face with buyers from independent retailers, food halls, delis, restaurants, hotels, coffee shops and farm shops. This was my first time at the exhibition and I thought it was very good. The stand looked great, and led to a lot of interest from key names. There is a real sense of community with the exhibition, and that is why I will be coming back next year. Overall a good few days. Denise Caruth, Founder, Nisi s Artisan Bakery 85% of visitors were either completely or very satisfied with SFFF10*

I came to the show to meet independents to help progress my business. It s a good opportunity to target new sectors. As it is hard to contact buyers on a day-today basis, the show makes for a perfect opportunity to meet new people. This was my first time at any show, and it is clear to see that the international presence is strong. Orders and many enquiries were made from the show, which proved that the show was successful.
