Project Description Background: To meet the growing demands of the specialty drink consumer and at the same time provide products that allow the customer to be aware of our environment, Herbal Tea Experience has developed a number of new herbals teas, and has found a producer that makes a reusable (up to 6 times) recycled paper cup. A herbal tea is the mixture of boiling water with dried fruits, nuts, leaves, flowers, seeds, grasses, barks, roots or herbs. In general, herbal tea has a soothing and relaxing effect, helps in digestion, improves the cleansing properties of the body, keeps the heart healthy, and provides energy, thereby promoting wellness. Project: Herbal Tea Experience would like to promote their new line of herbal teas, their new paper teacup and their slogan Waken To A New Herbal Tea Experience. For a donation of $5.00 (all funds collected will go to the Manitoba Children s Hospital), a customer will get the new recycled cup and three herbal tea samples. They have decided on three advertising avenues that will compliment each other and have asked you to design the following: a) A vector trace of their logo (tealogo.jpg) using 2 pantone colors. b) A poster that could be used as part of a display or be placed in a window. c) A special design for the new tea cup that would focus on advertising one of the new herbal teas. d) A box that each can hold a sample of one of the new herbal teas. Target market: The target audience is adults from the ages of 20 to 35 who have developed a taste for specialty coffees and teas.
