Programme If you haven t spent Christmas/ New Year in Lisbon/Cascais as a family before, you might be in for a lovely surprise! The weather is temperate with day-time winter temperatures ranging from 16-19 ºC (60-65 ºF) and there is plenty of Christmassy things to do in Cascais.
