Babe Ruth Strawberry Pineapple Banana Smoothie: INGREDIENTS 1 cup Strawberries 1/2 cup Pineapple 1 Banana 2 cups Orange Juice 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt 1 cup Spinach optional 1 Tablespoon Chia or Flaxseeds optional Ice Mix everything in a blender for at least a minute until smooth 5

Sweet Cherry Almond Smoothie: INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cups Cherries frozen 1 cup Almond Milk 1 scoop Protein Powder 1 Banana Ice Optional: top with unsweetened coconut flakes + almond butter Mix everything in a blender for at least a minute until smooth 10

Yummy Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie INGREDIENTS 1 ripe banana 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter ¼ cup rolled oats 10 oz. skim or soy milk 1 teaspoon honey (topping) Mix everything in a blender for at least a minute until smooth. Top with honey for a sweet garnish. Serve immediately! 12

Afternoon Kale Smoothie INGREDIENTS 2 cups coconut milk, unsweetened 2 cups frozen berries 1 cup fresh kale leaves 1 ripe banana 4 tablespoons chia seeds + 2 tablespoons coconut oil First remove kale leaves from their center stalk. Put the leaves and coconut milk into your blender and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend once again until smooth. Serve immediately. 13

Pear Banana Kale Smoothie Ingredients 1 cup fresh spinach leaves 1 cup chopped kale leaves ½ pear 1 fresh banana 1 ½ cups cold soy milk ½ cup rolled oats 1 tablespoon honey First remove kale leaves from their center stalk. Put them into your blender with spinach leaves and soy milk. Blend for a few minutes until smooth. Add pear, banana, honey and rolled oats. Blend once again until smooth 14

Berry Bomb INGREDIENTS 1 ½ cup frozen blueberries ½ cup frozen raspberries ½ cup frozen strawberries 1 tablespoon honey 2 tablespoon natural almond butter 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 cup natural almond milk Put everything into your blender and mix for few minutes until smooth. Sprinkle with some rolled oats and serve. 15

Healthy Snack Smoothie INGREDIENTS ¾ cup Greek yoghurt 1 cup fresh baby spinach ¼ cup water ½ avocado (pitted) 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 1 teaspoon honey 1 tablespoon hemp protein Put everything into your blender and mix for a few minutes until smooth. If it is too thick, add some more water. 16

Chocolate Banana Smoothie Ingredients One frozen banana ½ cup cottage cheese or plain flavor tofu cheese ¼ cup vanilla or chocolate flavored protein powder 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla ½ cup water Blend everything until you get a smooth, creamy consistency. Top it with a light dusting of cocoa powder. 18

Chocolate Mint Smoothie Ingredients 1 cup skim milk or almond milk ¾ cup spinach leaves ¼ cup mint leaves One frozen banana 2 tbsp. cocoa powder A few drops of Stevia liquid sweetener Blend up your liquid and leaves first to make sure that the leaves are well processed. If need be, chop them up before you put them into the blender so that you don t have thick chunks in your smoothie. Then add everything else and mix until smooth. 19

Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie Ingredients 2 frozen bananas ½ cup frozen strawberries 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup (or cocoa powder) 1 cup yogurt (plain, Greek or soy yogurt) Blend until smooth, then drizzle some syrup on top. 20

Chocolate Milkshake Smoothie Ingredients ¾ cup Greek yogurt (or soy yogurt) ½ cup almond milk 2 tbsp. cocoa powder 1 tbsp. liquid stevia sweetener Handful of ice cubes Blend everything together until smooth. To top it off, drizzle some chocolate syrup or sprinkle some chocolate chips over it. 21

Chocolate Chip Cookie Smoothie Ingredients 4 chocolate chip cookies 2 tbsp. chocolate chips 1 tbsp. vanilla flavored protein powder 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened Blend everything together until smooth, and then add whipped cream (optional) and chocolate chips on top. If you re feeling saucy, stick another cookie into it as well. 22

Chocolate Coffee Smoothie Ingredients ½ cup cold brew coffee 2 tbsp. cocoa powder 1 frozen banana ½ cup almond milk, unsweetened Dash of turmeric for flavor If you want to avoid putting ice cubes in the mixture to dilute it, then I recommend freezing your coffee beforehand (and/or your milk). Blend until smooth. 23

Dark Chocolate Almond Joy Ingredients ½ cup plain Greek yogurt 1 scoop of natural chocolate performance whey protein powder ⅓ cup dark chocolate almond milk 2 Tbsp. almond butter ½ teaspoon coconut extract 1 cup of ice Blend Together 24

Chocolate Hazelnut Banana Smoothie Ingredients 1 cup milk (dairy, almond, cashew, soy, coconut) 1 cup ice 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup hazelnuts (roasted unsalted) 1 frozen banana (½ cup) 4 teaspoons honey (or maple syrup) ¼ teaspoon hazelnut extract Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Add more liquid or ice to thin out or thicken the smoothie if needed. Enjoy! 25

BLUEBERRY- PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE Ingredients: 2 tbsp. whey protein 1 banana 1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen) 1 tbsp. peanut butter 1/4 cup almond milk 1 cup ice In a blender, combine ingredients and blend until smooth. 27

PIÑA COLADA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE Ingredients: 1 can coconut milk 1 banana 2/3 c. frozen pineapple 1/3 c. frozen mango 1 scoop protein powder pineapple wedge, for garnish Combine coconut milk, banana, pineapple, mango and protein powder in a blender and blend on high until smooth. 28

PEACHES 'N' CREAM SHAKE Ingredients 1 cup frozen sliced peaches 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 cup fresh orange juice 6 ounces peach-flavored 2% Greek yogurt ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks Blend all ingredients together until smooth 29
