OCTOBER 3 RD THE BARGEHOUSE SOUTHBANK In partnership with For the first time these two flagship on-trade events are working in partnership to produce an unmissable event for the drinks industry in 2018.
2 7 BBS OBJECTIVES 1 To promote new and interesting drinks brands to a discerning audience in unique spaces around the UK. 2 To provide equal size stands to all exhibitors ensuring that the brand and liquid take centre stage. 3 To provide each exhibitor with a simple and uniform sampling platform to reduce time and cost to activate at the event. 4 To deliver a friendly, helpful and enjoyable show experience for every exhibitor and guest from start to finish.
3 7 The perfect partnership Both the Boutique Bar Show and Tequila Mezcal Fest have always had a special place for bartenders and bar managers looking to source new and interesting products. By partnering together we are able to widen our appeal to a broader audience, amplify our marketing budgets and create a new experience for our loyal audiences in 2018. Through sharing logistics costs it also allows Boutique Bar Show to reduce stand charges in 2018 from 1100 to 850 to further appeal to the smaller, independent producers that Boutique Bar Show was created for. The small negative is that Boutique Bar Show only has capacity for 30 stands marking a 40% reduction in availability and so we encourage exhibitors to confirm early. Stand Cost: 850 + VAT
4 7 The BBS Experience We supply each exhibitor with equal size stands with your branding and service counter. With your space taken care of simply turn up on the morning of the show with stock, smile and talk business with your guests. Spend time discussing your brand with interested potential and existing customers. Don t pass the day sending out hundreds of samples to a non-targeted audience without the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversation. As one of 30 exhibitors you won t be lost on the show floor, your needs will be looked after and you can be confident of equal voice with your fellow exhibitors. Take advantage of the shows offer to personally contact key people you want to see at the event including personal introductions to new potential routes to market.
