The personal touch is part of our cozy and familiar atmosphere, you can find in many different details, like the nametags on our waitresses and waiters shirts. For me is important that my guests feel comfortable, but also where my products and ingredients come from. I either select them with lots of love, or they are made with love by family, friends or by ourselves in the kitchen. By knowing how everything is produced and by whom, not necessarily everything has to be organic. Crucial for me is to know where my products are from and that they are 100% delicious!
