All wedding packages are based on minimum adult guest numbers of Thirty-five guests in the Gallery Fifty guests in the Sovereign Room, One Hundred guests in the Phoenix Room and Luxe Lounge One hundred and fifty guests in the Lyceum. You are welcome to employ your own photographer and videographer. For any persons additional to your guest list, a fee of $50.00 per person will be charged for meals and soft drinks. Children aged between two and eight are charged at $40.00 for a Children s Package with meals detailed below. - Crumbed Flathead with Chips or Salad - Crumbed Chicken Tenderloin with Chips and choice of Tomato Sauce or Gravy - Pasta with Tomato or Cream Cheese Sauce Children aged between eight and seventeen are charged at $70.00 and enjoy either the three-course meal or buffet. Chefs Selection of Canapés on arrival add $11.00 per person to any package. One platter of Antipasto per table add $10.00 per person to any package. TERMS & CONDITIONS Function Name: Date of Function: Organiser: Best Contact Number I Conditions outlined below. agree to the Terms and Signature: Date: Confirmation of minimum number of guests attending the function is required no later than seven (7) working days prior to the function, however should numbers increase you will be charged accordingly. Tentative dates are held for ten (10) working days only. Castle Hill RSL Club must receive confirmation of booking within ten (10) working days of original reservation. If confirmation is not received within this time, management reserves the right the release the space. The amount required for the deposit will be $500.00. The booked function space must be vacated at the scheduled time, if this does not occur a minimum surcharge of $5.00 per confirmed guest per hour or part thereof will apply. Please note that minimum numbers apply to our packages. Should your numbers fall below our minimum an additional surcharge will apply. Cancellation: In the event of the function being cancelled, a refund of the deposit will be subject to the venue being re-sold. If a function is cancelled 6-9 months before the function date and the room is not resold, a fee of 10% of the estimated function revenue will apply, if cancelled 3-6 months before the function date and the room is not re-sold, a fee of 25% of the estimated function revenue will apply, if cancelled within 3 months of the function date and the room is not re-sold to a similar value, a fee of 50% of the estimated function revenue will apply. Cancellations must be received in writing.
Change of date made 9 months or more before the function date can be confirmed with the original deposit being transferred to the new date. Change of date made within 9 months of the function date requires a further deposit and the same terms apply as for a cancellation. Change of dates must be received in writing. The Castle Hill RSL Club will take no responsibility or liability for damage or loss of merchandise or any goods or property of the client or their guest left at Castle Hill RSL Club prior, during or after functions/exhibitions. Organisers are financially responsible for any damage sustained to their property, that of guests in attendance or of Castle Hill RSL Club prior, during or after functions/exhibitions. The use of drawing pins, staple guns or any fastening material on walls is strictly prohibited. Repair and replacement costs will be passed on to the client. All prices are current at the time of quotation but may be subject to change based on rising costs. The quoted prices include GST and upon receipt of your written confirmation and deposit, fixed prices will be confirmed in writing. Food and beverage policy we are unable to permit patrons to bring food and beverage items on to the premises, with the exception of celebration cakes. Public Holidays 15% overall surcharge. Full payment is required seven (7) working days prior to the function date. Payment by cash, bank cheque or credit cards only. In default of such prompt payment, you undertake to pay late payment fees of 2.5% per month on any amount outstanding and to indemnify us and pay all costs and expenses on a solicitor and own clients basis if legal action is necessary, and/or EC Credit Control Pty Ltd s fees, which we may incur in recovering from you any overdue amount. For an event in the Lyceum a Sound & lighting operator is required and this is supplied at an hourly rate of $71.50 per operator for a minimum of four hours for the duration of the function plus any set up and pack down time. Depending on function requirements more than one operator may be required. Castle Hill RSL Club reserves the right to adjust any set-up to ensure fire; life and safety codes are met.
