In addition, a representative from the restaurant will welcome the group and tell them a little about their establishment and what they are sampling. Tour participants receive a goodie bag at the end of the tour containing info on each stop on the tour, a special offer to return and a sweet treat from a SOC sponsor.

Our Mixologist will not only help you to understand bar jargon, but will educate you on some bar essentials, from choosing the right glass, to introducing you to some basic cocktail making accessories, while teaching you prepping, shaking and pouring techniques. Guests will be taught how to make two different cocktails, a specialty shot and some homemade syrups while getting the chance to prepare one of those themselves. Guests will enjoy samples of each cocktail and will receive recipes for each to take home and practice. Bar kits available for an additional fee
