policies and procedures To ensure quality and pricing, orders are to be placed 2 business days prior to the event. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to pickup time in order to avoid a 10% cancellation charge. All table service is disposable. Parkhurst will provide tablecloths at a cost of $4.15 each. Client is responsible for the complete and safe return of all linens. The client and catering manager will determine suitable times for pickup and return of the no frills items. Client is responsible for the pickup and return of all trays, utensils, serving items, etc. A replacement fee will be assessed for any supplies not returned to the catering office. Client is responsible for all room bookings, facilities setup and cleanup of the event room. where to begin 1. When requesting a meal exchange, the student s name and I.D. number are required 2 business days in advance of pickup. Each box lunch consists of a sandwich turkey, ham or vegetarian, with or without cheese a side, bag of chips or piece of hand fruit, a can of soda or bottled water, condiments, and a napkin.
