policies and procedures To ensure quality and pricing, orders are to be placed 2 business days prior to the event. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to pickup time in order to avoid a 10% cancellation charge. All table service is disposable. Parkhurst will provide tablecloths at a cost of $4.15 each. Client is responsible for the complete and safe return of all linens. The client and catering manager will determine suitable times for pickup and return of the no frills items. Client is responsible for the pickup and return of all trays, utensils, serving items, etc. A replacement fee will be assessed for any supplies not returned to the catering office. Client is responsible for all room bookings, facilities setup and cleanup of the event room. where to begin 1. Begin planning your event early enough to: Reserve the room space Order food service Order tables and chairs Arrange for payment of food service 2. Designate a person for pickup and return of food service items. 3. When calling in your order, have the following information ready: day of event, contact name, phone and fax number, type of event, account number, pickup time, number of guests, and location of event. ways to pay Campus events will be billed directly to the department. An account number and authorized signature from that budget administrator is mandatory prior to pickup of the event. Non-campus events are to be paid in full at the time of pickup by cash or money order. When requesting a meal exchange, the student s name and I.D. number are required 2 business days in advance of pickup. Each box lunch consists of a sandwich turkey, ham or vegetarian, with or without cheese a side, bag of chips or piece of hand fruit, a can of soda or bottled water, condiments, and a napkin.
