policies and procedures To ensure quality and pricing, orders are to be placed 2 business days prior to the event. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to pickup time in order to avoid a 10% cancellation charge. All table service is disposable. Parkhurst will provide tablecloths at a cost of $4.15 each. Each box lunch consists of a sandwich turkey, ham or vegetarian, with or without cheese a side, bag of chips or piece of hand fruit, a can of soda or bottled water, condiments, and a napkin.
