Chocolate Raspberry Cake Mocha Cake Tiramisu Chocolate Decadence Carlucci s Chocolate Raspberry Cake, our moist triple layered chocolate cake and double layered raspberry preserves is draped with ganaché then topped with chocolate curls. Mocha Cake, rich, espresso, Italian butter cream frosting, layered in our chocolate cake. The cake is then incased in our butter cream frosting before it is dusted with espresso. A favorite among our family. Our version of this Italian dessert consists of sponge cake and lady fingers lightly drizzled with espresso.
