CAMP WEDDING INFORMATION YOUR PERFECT DAY WITH US LOCATION YMCA Camp Round Meadow is located at 41011 Jenks Lake Rd. West, Angelus Oaks, CA 92305. The camp is in the Barton Flats/Angelus Oaks area of the San Bernardino National Forest, with the camp facility located entirely in the National Forest. DATES Wedding dates will be booked based on the availability of the camp. Unfortunately, we do not have availability from the beginning of June through mid August due to our youth summer resident camps. We book no more than 18 months out. Dates are not guaranteed until contract is signed.
CAMP WEDDING INFORMATION YOUR PERFECT DAY WITH US PRICING For weddings taking place in August, September, October, April or May (peak months): We have a $7,000 flat rate which includes use of the camp accommodations (required Friday Sunday booking) and use of the Dining Hall with a Camp Host and Kitchen Steward on site and you may use an outside caterer. If you or your caterer will need to use the kitchen, the fee is $300 per day (this fee is waived on a day by day basis if you purchase a food package through camp on that day). Camp activities are available for $25 per person, per day. Holiday dates and prices are also available, please inquire for details. For weddings taking place in November, December, January, February or March (non peak months): We have a $6,000 flat rate which includes use of the camp accommodations (required Friday Sunday booking) and use of the Dining Hall with a Camp Host and Kitchen Steward on site. You may use an outside caterer. If you or your caterer will need to use the kitchen, the fee is $300 per day (this fee is waived on a day by day basis if you purchase a food package through camp on that day). WEDDING DINING OPTIONS DINING THAT REFLECTS YOUR STYLE You may choose to purchase and add on meals for the time before and after your wedding or during the course of the weekend. All options must be planned and coordinated in advance with the Guest Services Coordinator. Please view the details below. HIRING A CATERER If you decide to have an outside caterer or hire individuals to prepare food at camp, the fee to rent the kitchen will be $300 per day. All individuals working with food or in the kitchen MUST have a valid San Bernardino County Food Workers card posted in the kitchen for the weekend and professional caterers must have their license posted for the weekend. A Camp Host and Kitchen Steward will be on site for any questions you may have. These two individuals are present to oversee the events, ensure that policies are being adhered to and in case of an emergency. PURCHASING A MEAL PACKAGE You may purchase a meal package during the weekend which our camp chefs will prepare and serve buffet style. This option is not available as your reception meal.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION IT S ALL IN THE DETAILS CLEANING You will need to leave camp in the same condition it was before your wedding. If additional clean up, or trash is left in camp, you may incur an additional fee for cleaning. Any vandalism or property destruction repair costs will be charged also. We highly recommend having your own cleaning crew. CHAIRS & TABLES We do not have chairs at camp for rental, you will need to provide your own. We have 10 tables in the Dining Hall and 20+ benches that you may use. Please inform us if you will be using the tables and benches and how many. CONTRACT & DEPOSIT A signed contract and a 50% deposit is due to reserve your weekend at camp. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. BEDDING Our cabins have built in bunk beds and we do not provide linens, bedding, pillows, blankets or towels. For those staying in camp, all bedding and towels will need to be brought with them to camp for their stay. LIGHTING We do not have any lights to rent for decoration. You may bring in your own lights to use. SET UP Thursday deliveries may be made the week of the wedding to the camp site. Please coordinate any deliveries with the Camp Manager. INSURANCE A one million dollar insurance policy must be provided for the entire time you are at camp. You can purchase this on www.theeventhelper.com for approximately $150. The certificate of insurance must be received by camp 2 weeks prior to arrival.
FOR YOUR INFORMATION IT S ALL IN THE DETAILS MEAL TIMES We adhere to scheduled meal times and delays in the start of meal times are subject to incur a fee of $150 for each 30 minute time period the meal is delayed. PETS Pets are not allowed on the premises at any time with the exception of service animals. If a service animal will be at camp for your event, please let the Camp Director know ahead of time and documentation for the animal will be required. You may incur a cleaning fee after your event if additional cleaning is required due to the animal. NOISE REDUCTION As a courtesy to our camp neighbors, noise and music must be brought to a minimum at 10:30pm. PARKING ATTENDANT At least one parking attendant is required for your event to direct guests arriving at camp to their parking space, your event and/or to check in for their accommodations. CHECK-IN ATTENDANT At least one check-in attendant is required for your event to assist your guests with checking in to their accommodations. Your parking attendant may also be your check-in attendant.
