Quick and Fluffy Cinnamon Rolls Homemade I love making homemade cinnamon rolls! I ve been experimenting and trying to get the recipe just right for a while now. I finally found a delicious fluffy dough, with the perfect cream cheese frosting that my family and I absolutely love!! It also takes way less time than most cinnamon rolls, you can have these made from start to finish in a little over an hour!!

Ingredients For the dough 4-4 1/2 cups all purpose flour 5 Tablespoons melted butter 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk 2 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast 2 eggs For the filling 5 Tablespoons softened butter 2 1/2 Tablespoons cinnamon 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup sugar For the icing 1 8oz block cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1-2 Tablespoons milk 1. Heat milk until warm to the touch (105-110 degrees) 2. In the bowl of a stand mixer add 4 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt mix to combine. 3. Add milk and eggs and beat on medium low speed for 5-7

minutes, if the dough doesn t pull away from the side of the bowl slowly add more flour up to a 1/2 cup until it does. 4. Cover with plastic wrap and let set 10 minutes in a warm place. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. 5. On a floured surface roll out dough into a 10 16 inch rectangle. 6. In a bowl mix together all filling ingredients except butter. 7. Spread softened butter evenly over dough. 8. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over butter. 9. Roll the dough up firmly but not too tight. 10. Cut into 12 even pieces using a serrated knife or dental floss. 11. Place on a greased sheet pan and cover with a damp tea towel 12. Turn the oven off and place covered cinnamon rolls in oven for 20 minutes to rise. 13. After 20 minutes remove from the oven and preheat to 350. 14. Once preheated uncover rolls and bake for 15-20 minutes until just golden brown. For the icing In a stand mixer beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla, add milk and beat until combined. Spread cream cheese frosting on top of rolls and enjoy your fluffy, warm, delicious cinnamon rolls! These cinnamon rolls are great for breakfast or dessert and go great with coffee!!

I hope you enjoy this quick cinnamon roll recipe. Raspberry Hand Pies These raspberry hand pies are easy, require very few ingredients, and are perfect with tea or coffee. These would also be great for a party!!

Ingredients 2-4 Tablespoons raspberry preserves 1 Package store bought pie crust 1-2 teaspoons sugar 1 egg 2 teaspoons water These are so easy to make simply unroll the pie dough sheets and cut out desired shapes using a cookie cutter. I used a heart shaped cookie cutter but get creative and use whatever shape you like. An egg shape for easter, flower for spring, or a shape that fits the theme of your party!! Place half the cut out shapes on a greased cookie sheet. Fill with 1-2 teaspoons preserves depending on the size of your shapes. Place tops on the shapes and crimp edges together with a fork. Using a knife slice a small X in the center of the pie. Whisk together egg and water and brush tops of pies. Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 350 for 14-16 minutes. I hope you enjoy these easy and fun raspberry hand pies.

Oregano and thyme with cream sauce chicken This oregano and thyme chicken with cream sauce is delicious and easy, also super quick. From start to finish you can have this dish ready for supper in only 30 minutes.

I served this over linguine but you can serve it over any pasta or rice, it would also be delicious with many different sides including potatoes, brussel sprouts, roasted carrots etc. Ingredients 4 thin cut chicken breasts 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano Salt and pepper, to taste For the sauce 2 cloves garlic, minced 3/4 cup milk 1/4 cup half and half 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper, taste 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon water In a skillet over medium high heat add olive oil and chicken breasts seasoned with herbs. Cook until golden brown and cooked through about 5 minutes on each side.

Remove chicken breasts from pan and add olive oil, herbs, and garlic cook for 1 minute. Add milk and half and half. Bring milk to a boil, being careful not to scorch the milk. Reduce heat and add cornstarch mixed with water to create a slurry, stirring constantly. Cook for 1-2 more minutes until the sauce thickens a bit. Add chicken back in.

Enjoy over pasta, rice, or with your favorite side dish. The sauce is delicious and I highly recommend making a double batch. I hope you enjoy this easy yet delicious supper!! Roasted Corn Dip This easy roasted corn dip is delicious, creamy, warm, cheesy and flavorful! Perfect to serve at your next party or gathering.

Ingredients 4 ears fresh corn 1 8oz block cream cheese 1 cup plain greek yogurt 2oz bleu cheese crumbles 4oz cheddar cheese, grated 4oz mozzarella cheese, grated 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

salt and pepper to taste Start by roasting corn either on a grill pan or cast iron skillet. In the bowl of a stand mixer beat softened cream cheese and greek yogurt until combined. Add in the cheeses and beat for 1 minute. Add in corn that has been cut off the cob and mix until just combined. Place mixture into a baking dish, top with grated cheese and bake at 400 until warmed through and golden brown. This is great served with veggies, pretzels or chips. I hope you enjoy this easy delicious dip!! Sweet and Brittle Salty Toffee This easy sweet and salty toffee brittle is perfect for your next family gathering. Sweet, salty, the yummy dark chocolate

layer and great toffee flavor, it really is delicious. Ingredients 1 sleeve saltines 1 stick butter 1/4 cup butterscotch chips 1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 dark chocolate chips 1/4 cup crushed pretzels 1. Line a half sheet pan with saltines. 2. In a saucepan over medium heat add butter and brown sugar, stir until dissolved and bubbly 3-5 minutes. 3. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. 4. Sprinkle on butterscotch chips then chocolate chips. 5. Bake for 2-4 minutes. 6. Spread melted chocolate and butterscotch into a thin even layer. 7. Sprinkle with crushed pretzels. 8. Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours. 9. Break into pieces and serve.

Ingredients 1 cup butter softened 1 cup granulated sugar 1 egg 1 cup molasses 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar 5 cups self-rising flour 2 teaspoons ground ginger 1 teaspoon ground cloves 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in egg, molasses and vinegar and beat until combined. Beat spices in until they are incorporated. Gradually add flour and mix slowly. Once dough is completely mixed divide dough in half and wrap each half in plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Once chilled, roll out dough to half an inch thick using powdered sugar to prevent sticking. Cut with desired cookie cutters and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes. Package these cookies up in cute Christmas bag and they make a

great gift too!! Brown Sugar Baked Yams With thanksgiving right around the corner I m sharing one of my family s favorite thanksgiving sides, brown sugar baked yams.

Easy, delicious, sweet and caramelized!!! Ingredients 14 yam patties (or sweet potatoes peeled and sliced) 1/4 cup butter 1/3 cup brown sugar 1. Place yams in a baking dish and add 2-3 tablespoons of water to the bottom of the pan to prevent sticking. 2. Top yams or sweet potatoes with thinly sliced tabs of butter. 3. Sprinkle with brown sugar. 4. Bake at 450 about 40 minutes or until golden brown. I hope you enjoy this delicious side dish sure to please your thanksgiving guests!! Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies These oatmeal raisin cookies truly are one of my family s favorite cookies, perfectly chewy, sweet but not too sweet, and with the raisins and optional pecans they really are just great.

Ingredients 1 cup of butter softened 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour 2 cups old fashioned oats 1 cup raisins 1 cup chopped pecans (optional) In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add in flour until well incorporated. Add oats and mix until well combined. Lastly add raisins and pecans and mix on low speed just until incorporated. Scoop cookies on to a sheet tray lined with parchment, using a cookie scoop. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until set and light golden brown.

Mix all ingredients together. 2. Store in air tight container.

BBQ Chicken Pizza My family loves pizza night!! We enjoy trying different topping combinations and this BBQ chicken pizza with the blue cheese dipping sauce is a great one. Easy to make, fun, and delicious.

Ingredients 1 recipe quick and easy pizza crust Get the recipe herehttp://: https://supperatthefamilytable.com/2018/10/28/quick-and-easy-p izza-crust/ 1/4 cup pizza sauce 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles 2/3 cup shredded BBQ chicken 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 small jalepeno pepper (thinly sliced) For one small pizza you will only need half the pizza crust recipe. Stretch dough onto greased pan. Add sauce then chicken, jalepeno, and blue cheese. Top with mozzarella. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and as brown as you desire.

For the dipping sauce you will need 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt 1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon dried dill salt (to taste) pepper (to taste) In a small bowl mix together all ingredients. This pizza is very easy and delicious, great crust, topped with BBQ chicken and dipped in the blue cheese dipping sauce makes it even better!! Hope you enjoy!!
