Brownie ghosts Brownie ghosts are easy, cute and kids will love them!! 1. Bake brownies either using your favorite recipe or brownie mix. 2. Allow brownies to cool completely. 3. Once brownies are cooled cut into squares. 4. Melt candy wafers over a double broiler or in the microwave. You may need to add a little milk to thin it out. 5. Using a small amount of melted candy wafers stick the marshmallows to the brownies 6. Pour melted candy wafers over marshmallows. 7. Melt a small amount of black candy wafers. 8. Using a piping or ziplock bag with the tip cut off very small add the eyes and mouth using the black. Super cute Halloween treat that is not had and doesn t take much time!!

Ingredients 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 2/3 cup sugar 3 1/2 cups milk
In a sauce pan mix cocoa powder and sugar together, add a 1/2 cup of the milk and stir. Over medium high heat bring to a boil, let boil for 1-2 minutes and then add remaining milk. Let simmer until the hot chocolate is hot enough for your taste. That s all there is to it. It s really that simple!! This chili has just the right balance of richness from the pumpkin and a great chili flavor. It also has great health benefits because of the pumpkin.
Ingredients 1/2 pound ground turkey 1 cup cooked red beans 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth 7oz pumpkin puree 1 14 ounce can fire roasted tomatoes 1/8 cup tomato paste 1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa powder 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 1/4 teaspoons 3/4 ground cumin teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) pepper to taste salt to taste 2 cups spinach
Toppings sour cream or greek yogurt (optional) cheddar cheese (optional) To start add olive oil and ground turkey to a pot over mediumhigh heat. Cook about 6-8 minutes or until fully cooked, being sure to break up the meat as its cooking. Once cooked add tomatoes, beans, chicken broth, pumpkin puree, cumin, salt, pepper, cinnamon, chili powder, cocoa powder, and cayenne pepper and stir. Reduce heat cover and let simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Right before you are ready to serve add the spinach and stir. Enjoy with whatever toppings you like.
