And though the resorts are closed, a number of the region s award-winning restaurants will continue serving their renowned food and drinks through the shoulder season. Here s the restaurant-by-restaurant rundown, of those that have modified hours or will temporarily close for routine maintenance and cleaning before the start of the ski and snowboard season.
