Cascade Mountain General Banquet Information These menus are general guidelines designed to assist you in selecting a menu for your event. Our catering staff will be happy to discuss customized proposals to meet your specific needs. All prices are subject to change and your catering manager will confirm prices 60 days before your event. Absolutely no food or beverage is allowed into banquet or convention rooms unless purchased through Cascade Mountain. No food or beverage is to be removed from Cascade Mountain premises by group. Guarantee Guarantees are required for all catered food and beverage events. Final attendance must be confirmed ten business days in advance, or the expected number will be used. This number will be your guarantee, not subject to reduction, and you will be charged for that number or the actual amount of attendees, whichever is greater. We will set and prepare for five percent over your guarantee. Room Charge Location/Capacity Minimum Room Fee Peak (300) 100 guests $375.00 Daisy (125) 100 guests $375.00 (Minimum number of guests must be met or an additional $250.00 service charge applies) Decorations Arrangements for delivery of floral centerpieces and special props may be made through the Catering Office. All decorations must meet with the approval of the local fire department and Catering Office. Cascade Mountain will not permit affixing anything to the walls or ceiling of rooms unless the Catering Office gives prior written approval. Security Cascade Mountain may require security officers for certain events at the groups expense. Only Cascade Mountain approved security officers may be used. Labor All prices quoted include anticipated labor expenses. If catering event does not start at the agreed upon time, or servers are unable to clear dishes immediately following the service, you will incur additional labor charges at the cost of $10.00 per hour for each server after a grace period of 20 minutes. Service Charges and Sales Tax An 18% taxable service charge and 5.5% sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges catered on property.
