Spider Deviled Eggs Wondermom Wannabe Halloween Party Food 6

Ingredients: 6 hardboiled eggs Pinch of salt Black pepper to taste 4 tablespoons plain yogurt or mayonnaise ½ teaspoon of yellow mustard Paprika 18 black olives, halved Directions: 1. Slice each hardboiled egg in half lengthwise. 2. Scoop out yolk from each egg half and place in a medium bowl. 3. Add salt, pepper, yogurt (or mayonnaise) and yellow mustard to egg yolks. Use a spoon to break up yolks and stir all ingredients together until creamy. 4. Fill each egg white half with the egg yolk mixture 5. Sprinkle each egg half with paprika. 6. Place one olive half on each egg half. 7. Slice remaining olive halves into four slices to form spider legs. 8. Place olive pieces around each olive half to create the spiders. Ingredients: Basil leves Balsamic vinegar Small roma tomatoes Mozzarella balls Black olives Directions: 1. Lay basil leaves on serving plate. 2. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over basil leaves. 3. Slice tomatoes lengthwise and lay one slice on each basil leaf. 4. Slice mozzarella balls and lay one slice on top of each tomato. 5. Cottage Cheese Eyeballs Wondermom Wannabe Halloween Party Food 10

Ingredients: 1 lb cottage cheese Sweetener to taste Bunch of black seedless grapes Red food coloring Toothpick Directions: 1. Combine cottage cheese and sweetener in a medium bowl. Mix well. 2. Shape cottage cheese into 1-inch balls and place on serving plate. 3. Press one grape into each cottage cheese ball. 4. Using a toothpick, apply red food coloring around each grape to make blood vessels. Wondermom Wannabe Halloween Party Food 11

Mozzarella Stuffed Mummy Peppers Wondermom Wannabe Halloween Party Food 12

Ingredients: 6 large jalapeno peppers or small poblano peppers 1 lb shredded mozzarella 7 ounces pizza dough 6 black olives Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 475⁰F. 2. Slice each pepper in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds. 3. Fill each pepper half with shredded mozzarella. 4. Slice pizza dough into thin strips. 5. Wrap pizza dough strips around each pepper in a zig zag pattern. 6. Slice two pieces of similar size from the mid-section of each black olive. Place olive slices on each pepper for eyes. 7. Bake at 475⁰F for 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Wondermom Wannabe Halloween Party Food 13

Sausage Fingers Wondermom Wannabe Halloween Party Food 14

Ingredients: 1 cup flour 1 tsp sugar Pinch of salt 1 tsp dry yeast 1/3 cup warm water 9 ounces small sausages 2 ounces Havarti cheese 1 egg yolk Directions: 1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Stir well. 2. Add 1/3 cup warm water, Stir to combine, then knead for 5 minutes. 3. Cover and let rise for one hour. 4. Preheat oven to 475⁰F. Grease baking sheet. 5. Using a sharp knife, at one end of each sausage, cut in to remove a piece about the size of a quarter. 6. Roll out dough to ¼ inch thickness and cut into thin strips. 7. Wrap each sausage in 2 strips of dough and place on prepared baking sheet. 8. Slice each into small squares. Place one square at the cut end of each sausage. 9. Brush the dough of each finger with egg yolk. 10. Bake at 475⁰F for 7 to 8 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Wondermom Wannabe Halloween Party Food 15

Mummy Mini Pizzas Wondermom Wannabe Halloween Party Food 16

Ingredients: 1 cup flour 1 tsp sugar Pinch of salt 1 tsp dry yeast 1/3 cup warm water Semolina 6 tsp tomato sauce 6 black olives 3.5 ounces mozzarella sticks Directions: 1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Stir well. 2. Add 1/3 cup warm water, Stir to combine, then knead for 5 minutes. 3. Cover and let rise for one hour. 4. Preheat oven to 475⁰F. Sprinkle semolina on baking sheet. 5. Using a sharp knife, at one end of each sausage, cut in to remove a piece about the size of a quarter. 6. Roll out dough to ¼ inch thickness. Using the rim of a prep bowl or ramekin as a guide, cut the dough into circles. 7. Place circles on baking sheet covered in semolina. 8. Add one teaspoon of tomato sauce to each circle and spread to edges. 9. Slice each black olive in half and place both halves on each circle as eyes. 10. Slice mozzarella sticks into thin strips and lay across each circle in a zig zag pattern to create each mummy s bandages. 11. Bake at 475⁰F for 7 to 8 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Monster Sandwich Wondermom Wannabe Halloween Party Food 18

Ingredients: 4 cucumbers 1 carrot 6 black olives 8 slices of Swiss cheese 1 red bell pepper 6 slices of bread 6 peas Directions: 1. Slice one cucumber crosswise into circles. Slice the remaining cucumbers lengthwise into long strips. 2. Slice carrot into thin rounds. 3. Slice black olives in half. 4. Cut cheese slices into triangles and some thin strips. 5. Slice bell pepper into strips. 6. Lay out bread on serving platter. 7. Top each piece of bread with a slice of Swiss cheese. 8. Lay two round pieces of cucumber on the cheese about 1/3 of the way down so that ends stick out over the edges to form the ears. 9. Lay 3 pieces of long cucumber strips down the length of each piece of bread to cover the cheese. 10. Place two carrot coins on top of the cucumber, parallel with the ears to form the eyes. Top each carrot slice with an olive half. 11. Place one pea on each slice of bread for the noses. 12. Add one red bell pepper slice to each sandwich to make the mouths. 13. Add cheese triangles beneath the bell pepper slice for fangs. Place small cheese strips to form stitches. Wondermom Wannabe Halloween Party Food 19

Ingredients: 4 burger buns 8 slices cheese 8 tablespoons ketchup 2 cucumbers 4 burgers 4 tomatoes 2 black olives, sliced Directions: 1. If your buns aren t pre-sliced, slice them in half. 2. Place each bottom bun on a plate. Top each bun with one slice of cheese. 3. Add one tablespoon of tomato sauce to each slice of cheese and spread to edges. 4. Slice cucumber into rounds. 5. Place 4 cucumber rounds on each bun. 6. Top cucumbers with burgers. 7. Add another tablespoon of ketchup to each burger and spread to edges. 8. Cut 3 triangles out of the bottom of each remaining slice of cheese. Lay each slice on a burger, with the triangles extending over the side of the burger and bun as teeth. 9. Slice tomatoes and add 3 slices to each burger. 10. Place top bun on top of the tomatoes. 11. Press two cucumber slices into the top of each bun to create the eyes. Ingredients: 3 apples 24 tsp peanut butter 1 cup peanuts Directions: 1. Cut each apple into 8 pieces and remove core. 2. Spread 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on each apple slice. 3. Lay 12 apple slices peanut butter side up on a plate. 4. Top each apple slice with peanuts. Try to line them up so the ends of the peanuts are all facing the same direction. 5. Top each peanut-covered apple slice with another apple slice with the peanut butter facing the peanuts. Wondermom Wannabe Halloween Party Food 23

Cheese Broomstick Wondermom Wannabe Halloween Party Food 24

Ingredients: 10.6 ounces semi-soft cheese (e.g. Havarti or Muenster) 12 pretzel sticks 12 green onion leaves Directions: 1. Cut cheese into 12 rectangular blocks. 2. Slice each block into 16 sections being careful not to cut all the way through. 3. Turn cheese blocks over so side that is intact is on top. 4. Carefully press one pretzel stick into each cheese block to form the broomstick. 5. Carefully wrap one green onion leave around each cheese block and tie to secure.
