Andalucian fertile ground, where the olive tree was born and its noble fruit, the olive, is grown, harvested and plays a leading role in the Mediterranean gastronomy. An excellent and well selected olive oil from origin allows us to obtain a mild and fruity extra virgin olive oil combined with natural extracts and selected vinegars, provides a pleasant aroma and unique flavour to help in dressing and decorating your dishes.
