TEXT OR CALL YOUR SPOUSE NOW & NOTIFY THEM Meet Cody Graffice, Group Circuit Trainer I have always had a passion for fitness and living an active lifestyle. Growing up in Sandusky, Ohio, I was always involved in some type of sporting event or outdoor activity in high school as well as college. After graduating from Bowling Green State University (BGSU) in 2007, I packed my life up and moved down to Southwest Florida. In an effort to meet people in my new found home, I stumbled upon CrossFit which seemed like the perfect match for my competitive nature and athleticism. Ever since I took my first class in 2009, I became hooked. After training for a few years, I decided I wanted to expand my knowledge of CrossFit and become a coach and help train people to achieve their fitness goals. I drove 13 hours to Cookeville, Tennessee to obtain my CrossFit Level 1 Certification (CF-L1) and soon after became a coach at my local box. I quickly found joy and a sense of gratification in coaching. At this point, I realized this is what I wanted to do with my life. Now, I am truly excited to open my own affiliate and be able to give back to people and my community what CrossFit has given me. My dream has now come true.
