TERMS & CONDITIONS To reserve a table for our Christmas Fayre, Christmas Day or New Year s Eve menus please call 0151 336 4187, email us on boathouse@hydesbrewery.com or complete the booking form included in this leaflet and hand to a member of the Management team. Bookings for our Christmas Fayre menu require a deposit of 10 per person ( 5 per child) and bookings for our Christmas Day menu require a deposit of 20 per person ( 5 per child). Deposits must be paid in order to guarantee your booking. Our pre-ordered drinks packages must be paid in full when settling your outstanding balance on your Christmas Fayre or Christmas Day Booking. Please note these are non-refundable. For Christmas Day bookings, full payment must be received by 1st December 2018. For New Year s Eve bookings full payment will be required at the time of booking. 48 hours notice of any cancellation is required. Refunds will be at the discretion of Management. In order to help us maintain the highest possible standards of service during your visit, we would ask you to complete the menu selection form for all members of your party and return it to a member of the Management team at least ONE WEEK before your booking. Please note, our Christmas menus are extremely popular and we would therefore recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment.
